The guy who came out was super professional and informative. He checked everything and gave me all the details. He made some recommendations and was not pushy about replacing things. OF COURSE, they have to give you some quotes on those suggestions, but still, not pushy. Will definitely go with these guys when it's time to upgrade me AC.

They came out initially for servicing but ended up suggesting a new AC unit ( a diagnosis confirmed by another company). The discussions and installation were all easy and handled VERY professionally. The overall cost was cheaper than even Costco and provided a more energy efficient unit.

Gave me a cheap price to clean my AC but it was really to just come out and make recommendations for more expensive "fixes" and "upgrades" that I really didn't need. After they left I had to call another AC guy back twice because the wiring was bad and it was low on freon.

It was excellent service; they were very professional. What I was most impressed with was that the owner came out before and after the installation to check everything. He was very professional and when giving me the estimate he told me things that the other contractor I had spoken with had not.

I am the owner of the property needing the new a/c furnace unit. I live in NV with the work being performed at my rental in FL.It was very easy dealing with them over the phone and via email. After several quotes back and forth I decided to go with Certified Air based on Angie's List.After missing the first installation date (crew not available) they promptly reshcduled for the next week and were on time. Work was done in a timely professional manner and instructions given to the tenant on its use. Tenant reported back to me that crew was curtious and cleaned up after themselves. |After the job was done they contacted me 3 days later for payment unlike other companies that wanted 1/2 up front. I was impressed by this living so far away.

They were great. They came in and gave me an assessment, I think they did a little clean-up on it and he was fantastic. I've had surgery a week prior on my back and in that area my air conditioning unit is outside, there is a lot of weeds there and he actually got my lawn mower, went out there and mowed them for me so that I didn't have to hurt myself. I will be having them again come out and clean my system and everything. He went above and beyond what he had to do and so sorry for me that I wouldn't be able to mow in a while and so he trims it down for me because I'm in Florida so we still have to mow but he was really great.

It went just fine. He arrived promptly on day scheduled and discovered the problem quickly. Our heat pumps are the original ones, installed when house built in 2001, and he did not try to pressure us into considering buying new units. He provided informative answers to a few general questions I had. He is an excellent technician. I was also able to use a 15% discount available with Certified Climate Control on Angie's List. I will use Certified Climate Control again in a year for annual maintenance.

Bought "$49 for Complete A/C Tune-Up" from Angies. Appointment was easy and the tech took his time to check my system inside and outside. He did some cleaning and also explained to me everything I asked him about. He was not in a rush and it seemed that he did a very thorough inspection.

Mike was on time and very professional. He explained to me what he was doing and was very polite. I would call them again.

The service provider was very thorough and did a complete inspection and cleaning. He found a few things in less than perfect condition, but was very honest about the life left on these parts and did not push an unnecessary upsell. They were incredibly fast and responsive after I purchased the tune-up deal on Angie's List. I would use them again.

They came out immediately as I setup the appointment and they were fantastic. The guy was polite, courteous and prompt. He explained everything and repaired my air conditioner at no cost. I asked him to give me an estimate on replacing the whole thing and he did it and it was excellent.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It went really well. He said the unit was working fine but that I needed a bigger unit. It was a good experience.

Very well. Grant was courteous, explained everything. In addition to all the unit testing he did, he did little helpful things, like changing the batteries in the thermostat control unit, replaced the filter, etc. A good experience and I would use Certified Climate Control again.

Great. I signed a 1 year contract with this company. Which provides 2 annual servicing..

Emailed provider immediately when I discovered I had no heat. They were at my door within the hour. Whole air/heat unit was rechecked, even though it had been done a week ago. Unit had no problems. Discovered it was the thermostat. Replaced it and everything works fine. Very nice and professional and informative. I am a person who has to know everything about what is being done, and I was informed everything that was done.

It went well. I had called them directly and they referred me to the big deal so that I could save money off of the repair that I needed to have done. They came out within the following day. My air conditioner stopped working and I called them in the late hours an they scheduled me for the deal. They had to replace the capacitor on the unit.

I have 2 ac unit on my property. One of my ac won't cool down as the technician, Dan, discovered that the fan motor is not functioning. Luckily its warranteed as my ac is only 4 yrs old. Anyway, he tune up my other working ac and suggested that I call the main office to confirm if the fan motor is still warranteed on the other unit. To make the story story short, I called the office the following day and was greeted with an enthusiastic customer service and got me at ease as I explained about the warranty on my ac. Without any drama on my part, I felt a sense of relief when she told me that its warranteed and that a new part will be ordered and also set the date for the part to be installed. There is no word to describe how great the company is and I highly recommend them to my friends and to whomever will ask me who did a service on my ac's. Though we are out of their jurisdiction, the technician who installed my fan motor reassured me that if we ever need any service of any kind on my ac's that it won't be a problem. Bottom line. it really made my week and made my wife happy. I give the company a gazillion A's.
