They called me within minutes of me purchasing their deal on Angie's list. Appointment was set up within days. Showed up on time. the only thing I wish they had done was replace the filters. He said if I had them he would put them in but they did not provide them. I would think when you're getting your systems serviced, that would be one of the basic things they do.

I had family coming in to town and wanted to get the air handler in my mother-in-law suite up and running with a quick tune up. It hadn't been running very well and that turned out to be due to extensive duct work damage. They were able to get everything tuned up and repaired on short notice and on time.

Easy to schedule, showed up on time, polite. Serviced our personal home and our rental home.

Certified Climate Control came in with the lowest estimate to replace my AC system, with quality 15-SEER units, including a great warranty on the outside unit. They were prompt and professional and did not try to sell me something I didn't need. In fact, Mike explained to me that cleaning the ducts would remove the finish on the surface of the fiberglass, which would cause fiberglass bits to be blown out of the vents and into the house. A nail came through my ceiling, and Mike patched the ceiling himself. A lightbulb was broken in the attic, and they replaced it. I will continue to use this company to service my system.

My home A/C unit was not cooling, so I went online and purchased an Angie's List Deal for this company - $49.00 for $99.00 A/C and heating tuneup. The company contacted me right away and let me know that because of the holiday and business volume, it would be a few days before they could come out. Since the weather was in the lower 70's, that was no problem, and we scheduled a visit on 27 December 2013. Their Technician, Dan, was prompt, courteous and knowledgeable - He vacuumed out the problem in the line, and added coolant (which was very low), and made thorough checks and adjustments to both the A/C and gas furnace. I couldn't be happier!

The tech informed me of some services which could be provided but at no point did I feel pressured.

Cleaned an inspected air handler and added a little freon. This stretched the life of my old a/c for one more summer.

I was working at a remote jobsite with my adult children occupying my home when the A/C went out. The company sent someone to my home promptly and we conducted the financial transaction over the phone. Mike the technician was very helpful and explained everything that he was going to do to restore the system and quoted me a price for the work. I was very pleased with this company.

We shopped around and got estimates from several other providers in the area. Certified Climate Control's estimate was the best. They also replaced the copper lines, included in the estimate, while others had that as an additional expense or were going to "clean" the lines. Once we made the decision and contacted CCC, they were out the next day. The installers actually showed up early for the appointment. The installers were clearly experts at their job and were quick and efficient. As they were installing the inside blower, I realized that I would like the unit turned 90 degrees, so that I would have more room to raised my washer and dryer. Even though the installers had already installed parts and had to undo and redo their work to make the change I wanted, they did so without the slightest objection. When they were completed and tested the system they discovered a faulty part and had it delivered. They waited outside for nearly three hours until the part was delivered. The warranty they offered included the standard 10 years on parts, and 2 years on labor, while others only offered 1 year on labor. In short, I am extremely pleased with their service, punctuality, price, and professionalism and I will not hesitate to recommend them to my friends and neighbors.

Everything went well. I even signed a contract for other services throughout the year. I started to have a problem with my AC unit after they left, and they came out to address my issue right away. Scheduling goes very well and they were able to accommodate to my crazy schedule. I was satisfied with the work they did do.

He did find two parts that were failing and took time to explain the function of the parts, how the system was working without repairs and subsequently, the effectiveness of the system after the repairs.

Took advantage of $49 deal. Tec called to see if he could come a little earlier than scheduled. Very professional. Tested all, and made recommendation to call power company about voltage being high.

This company is the best!!!! They didn't oversell with an expensive unit, they installed the correct size air conditioner for my home, and the installation team was just wonderful. I can't thank them enough for the wonderful job they did.

I called CCC to get an inspection of my existing system because of the smell of mildew when the system turned on. Jason, the tech, arrived right on time and performed a detailed inspection of the system inside the garage and the outside compressor. He showed me exactly what the multiple problems were which included a leak in the air handler which was rusting out as well as significant mildew in the housing which connects the air handler to the duct work. After getting the repair estimate, since the system was 12 years old, I asked about a replacement. Mike came out the following week and gave me several options. I scheduled the installation for 2 weeks later. Lucky and Tom, the installers, arrived right on time and did a great job of cleaning up afterward and carting off the debris. Mike stopped by a week or so later to inspect the installation and make sure I was satisfied. Their office staff even filed my warranty registration for me. There is no comparison between CCC and the experience I had with the prior company 12 years ago. This was first rate and professional from start to finish.

Technician was prompt and efficient. He performed a complete AC check and provided me with an estimate when and if this unit should need replacing.

Used a local deal and had them come to check our AC system. Thought I had an issue with our heat pump and rather than paying another provider a $70 service call fee, this seemed like a good way to have the unit checked and serviced for a great price. They were prompt, friendly and very helpful. No hard sales pitch and provided good and honest feedback!

They showed up on time, were friendly and thorough. They had an opportunity for an upcharge. He told me there was a partially broken part that would cost $200 to replace, but said as long as it was working I should hold off.

He was punctual and even called to let me know he was on his way. He checked everything. He answered all my questions and was very nice. He gave me an itemized written receipt, he was very thorough. They put in my air conditioner and thermostat two years ago. They were very nice and polite. He took his time and did not rush.

They are always prompt. They came and did their job and checked everything.

Came out for inspection and recommendations on our current system. One of the managers was here today and provided a quote for complete AC replacement. Price seems good, but we will be getting other estimates. Certified Climate Control personnel who were here have all been professional and courteous. They were good at communicating with me, did not use any pressure, and were punctual and responsive to my needs. This was our first estimate, we will be making a decision in a couple of weeks.
