Description of Work: Their technician was a very nice guy and quite helpful, however, his English was really lacking. We were generally able to communicate after multiple tries, but it got a bit frustrating. Still, he was extremely professional and knowledgeable, so I can't take anything away from him there.

Description of Work: They recommended an outside simple electric switch repair and yearly service fee but refused to accept check or automatic bank account withdrawls. For this reason I would not use them again nor recommend them.
