I just had Harbor Air repair a problem with my AC. I highly recommend them for any HVAC work you may need. They are very professional, and Alex was able to diagnose the problem and explain how to fix it and what could be done to prevent it from reoccurring. They are our go to guys for all HVAC maintenance and repairs from now on.

It was an excellent experience. I woke up to a cold house where the heat was not working. I called Harbor Air at 7:10 am and they returned my call at 7:25. A technician was out at my home at 9:00 am. He took his time to make sure he got the correct diagnosis and the proper solution. He then fixed the problem. What I really like about this company is that they do not try to oversell or upsell. They are very honest in addition to being professional, knowledgeable, and competent. I am very impressed with this business and have already recommended them to several people.

I contacted Harbor Air the Saturday before Xmas and shared the symptoms I was experiencing. The owner, Kendall called me promptly and advised it sounded like my defrost board when bad. He also told me the parts houses would not be open until Wednesday after Xmas. Happily, Kendall called me early this morning, picked up the bad defrost board, which was still under warranty. Went to the parts house, picked up the replacement board and then came right over to replace it. He wasn't even going to charge me for his time, as need lived close by. This didn't sit well with me, so I paid him for his time. I have a good friend that mostly looks after my HVAC needs. But now Harbor Air is my go to when my buddy isn't available. Kendall and Alex were outstanding! Alex arrived on time, was super friendly, took the time to explain everything about my A/C unit, air handler, etc. and was not even going to charge for the visit although he worked on the unit. Kendall, the owner, called me later in the day to make sure I was satisfied with the visit. No company or contractor I have ever worked with has done that. Whatever work needs to be done in the future will be done by Harbor Air. I highly, highly recommend!

Alex took the time to listen and troubleshoot all issues I was having over the weekend. The result being, the problem was correctly diagnosed and resolved. Was on time, very professional and you can't beat the pricing for a first time customer! He spent over an hour checking everything ! Because of the positive interaction with the technician Alex and Kendall the owner, I will discuss annual maintenance agreements for my personal as well as my rental properties. I posted on Dunedin Buy,trade, sell site looking for a window a/c unit and Harbor Air (Kendall was her name) reached out to me to ask how they could help. I explained the situation... Having 2 kids and being in a jam... they came immediately (got lucky with that) and Alex the Tech figured out a way to get my Central Air Unit working . He was Professional and really knowledgeable. They knew i was on a budget but he said they'd help me out with payments. Alex also explained the part i need for maximum air may be on warranty and he snapped a picture to check on that tomorrow. Don't know what you're looking for in an A/C company but look no further... If they reached out to help a Joke like me, imagine what they'd do for you! They are A 1 !!!

From initial contact, appointment setting, appointment confirmation, to the technician showing up on time and performing the check and cleaning and explaining the condition of our system - all was handled in an efficient, professional and pleasant manner. Harbor Air is a Trustworthy Company We had a wonderful experience with Harbor Air from the beginning till the end. The owner, Kendall called me immediately right after I submitted my project requirements on the Homeadvisor.com. The technician came on the same day. After understanding the existing AC related situation, he gave us few solutions. He was very honest and genuinely caring. His attitude was to fix the problem, if they can. If not, finally, buy & install new products, only what is required. We spoke with 4 different companies to get the problem fixed. We found that Harbor Air company's attitude was to fix the problem but not buy and install things that were not required. Also, their quote was the lowest price. We hired them. They came and fix whatever was necessary. The owner and his technicians were very soft spoken, caring, understanding, honest and knowledgeable in their field. They took the initiative and cleaned few things even if we didn't ask them and did not charge any money for that. After fixing all the things, they cleaned our carpet with vacuum cleaner. Kendall, the owner, called us that evening, a couple of times, to make sure everything was going well. He said that he wants to make sure that his customers are happy. We are really impressed with their work ethics and attitude. Harbor Air is our number 1 favorite choice going forward. We have decided to rely on their expert advice whenever we need it in the future. It was an awesome experience working with them. God bless them. We wish them a lot of success in this field. It went very well! They had other calls and commitments before me that they had to take care of and were upfront about that. I appreciate that. Two technicians came out, worked quickly and did a basic repair; replace the capacitor. - Our a/c is 14 years old so it is going to eventually go. They could have found a lot of things wrong with it, but they did what they had to do. Recommend things we should to keep it lasting as long as possible without dumping needless money into an aging unit. - Extremely helpful, honest and I HIGHLY recommend them. We have a neighborhood page and posted their information there too. I hope if anyone needs an a/c repair or even diagnostic done, you'll call these guys! You'll be glad you did! They are local and a new business. I try to call local, small businesses instead of the great big ones. I want to help them out and I love the personal service they give! - I hope you'll do the same!

Nothing but good experiences. Kendall is a very honest guy. He's as fair as you can possibly get. I was ver impressed. He's always on time, does what he says he's going to do and follows up after any work he does to ensure we're satisfied.
