It was excellent! I've been there before and they were always friendly, very well priced and always do excellent work.

A driver at a stop sign bumped into my rear bumper. It was damaged enough that it needed replaced. Based on the excellent reviews on here and other social media sites, I went to Joe's for an estimate. The pricing was reasonable (lower than the two other competitors I went to and the insurance adjuster). The quality of work was excellent. The bumper was replaced perfectly. The paint exactly matched. I worked with Joe's nephew (forget his name) but he was easy to talk to and work with. A very good and friendly family run business. I would highly recommend Joe's body shop.

They did an excellent job of repairing and painting. The light metallic blue matches perfectly and you can't tell it was ever damaged.

We were given a very fair price to repaint our 2002 Mustang that had been weather beaten from years in Alaska, DC, MD, GA, SC and FL. The customer service was great and the car looks magnificent! We are thrilled and highly recommend Joe's for your paint and body work needs.

They fit me in a few minutes before closing and got my plates swapped out easily. They're always very kind and friendly. They're always happy to help!

Very smoothly

I have had some bad experiences with other body shops and it was a pleasure to finally find a great body shop. Joe and his wife were the best. Great atmosphere. People that really care and really know what they are talking about.

We called and reached manager Jennifer Harvey and never had another worry. Joe's took delivery of our car, communicated with us and with the insurance company without difficulty, and worked with us and our auto shipper to get the car loaded for return to us in TN. Jennifer kept us abreast of the schedule and repairs and worked directly with the insurance company to iron out the evolving scope of work. The body work and painting were flawless and we are very pleased with the result. We would recommend Jennifer and the rest of the team to anyone.

Jennifer and her husband Joe are very professional, polite, and really care what their customers think of their work. My first estimate, from an Orlando Toyota dealership recommendation, was $2,200 and only recommended OEM parts. Joe's estimate was $1,870 and recommended a combination of OEM and non-OEM parts. The biggest savings was from the non-OEM headlight itself. They are both a pleasure to deal with and the resulting work looks like nothing ever happened to the vehicle. I will use them in the future and recommend them to all I know for body work. My car is brand new again.

Excellent service. They were very courteous, honest, and did what they said they were going to do. It was a 2009 vehicle, they matched up the paint perfectly. If I have any more paint and/or body work jobs, I'll certainly go back to this company again.

t was really an easy transaction with pleasant members. Over 30 years' experience makes the entire process very efficient, no waste, and everything was exactly as shown in the estimate. They even fixed small stone damages to the body, which was not part of the estimate. I felt bad that my car looked awful with scratched state but the experience with Joe's Paint Shop is as good as you can expect under this circumstance. I will definitely recommend the shop to anyone who needs body work/paint..

I took the vehicle to Joe's and received an estimate for the work.  Louis told me that it could be more or less depending on the condition of the parts inside the door which was heavily damaged.  I accepted the estimate and Louis was on the phone right away ordering parts before I even left the office.  The entire job took about a week, which is what Louis had estimated.  The work performed was top notch with a very good paint job (and pin stripes).  The best part of it all was that the cost was under the estimate since they were able to use many of the internal door parts.  I would certainly recommend Joe's to anyone who needs autobody work.
