Arrived as scheduled. Diagnosed failing cold water valve in washer and provided price to replace. Came back the next day and replaced both hot and cold valves for the originally quoted price. His concern was that if one valve was failing the other might be close behind. Oh, and the repair is guaranteed for four years! I highly recommend this company!
