Very fast and very knowledgeable. Kept me up to date with part orders and availability. Gave me options after a quick and accurate diagnosis. Abby Appliance Repair is now my families go to for all our appliance repair needs.

Joe came out quickly on on Sunday afternoon and quickly diagnosed the issue to be a failed compressor. Unfortunately the cost to replace that part and recharge the system was close to the cost of a replacement refrigerator. I would rehire again as the service was quite good and the cost was something beyond anyone's control.

Joe was great. From the first conversation we knew what to expect from the visit. He was able to fix our appliance without needing parts which was great. He was very friendly and answered our questions.

Great professional work this guy knew exactly what we needed. If I'm in need of an appliance professional again Abby is first on my list.

Joe gave us his professional opinion about the problem with our washer. He could have done an expensive repair but instead told us that it would be a temporary fix until we would have other issues with the unit. Joe's tenacity is immeasurable and his determination to see the project through is unstoppable. He is prompt , cordial , efficient and courteous. My four year old refrigerator stopped working and was out of warranty after only a year. I didn't feel I should have to replace it. I appreciated Joe's approach to replace the less costly component first - the computer board. I did also have to replace the compressor but by doing so received a better warranty and it cost me less than buying a new fridge.

Although our failing Kenmore (LG) washer was only 3 years old the manufacturer had stopped stocking the failing part. Joe did not give up and found the part. He saved us the trouble of a washer replacement. It's been a couple weeks and the repaired machine is working fine with none of the problems from before he fixed it. First class service. Highly recommend.
