My 10 year old oven was not heating to the correct temperature, and he came on a Friday earlier than the expected agreed upon time, can you believe that ??? Then he called and said the part was in and came back to install the part earlier than the agreed upon time and viola I can now make banana nut bread with an oven that is correctly heating to 325 degrees. Joe yoo are the GOAT for Appliance Repait. I have already given his information to friends for their next repairs. Keep doing what you DO!!!

After all most two weeks of being told to order the wrong parts and watching another guy trying to “figure” out how to repair the appliances, Joe (the owner) came in and immediately knew the problems. He has been doing this for 49 years and he really KNOWS his busy. He estimated out the work, gave me a proper invoice, ordered the parts for the job himself and finished the job in less than a week. No incorrect parts ordered, no fumbling to figure out how to dismantle the appliances or put them back together. Just in, repair, done, and out. He’s also got a great sense of humor. Smile. I will definitely call on him again when needed.
