Could not really rate work quality because it started working for him without him really having to do much. He was very professional and most definitely appeared to be very knowledgeable about the machine and he kept all of the information on my washer in case it plays dead again and he will come back out and replace the motherboard and said he will just apply the 80.00 serv. Charge I had to pay towards the repair. I would recommend him and will use him in the future.
