I was stuck at home waiting for heat pump maintenance, so when they said they could come over that same afternoon I figured I could get 2 things done in 1 afternoon (off work). The heat pump people never came, said the text I got "reminding" me of appointment was from "old system". D&K here promptly, gave a good estimate and did the work immediately. They also have a plan to remind people when they may, or may not, want maintenance. This is huge for me, because life often causes me to push back calling for such maintenance appointments. They even said they would come over and inspect and if gutters were good there would be no charge. Such great people, I believe them! Definitely will use again.
