Aces Drain

Worked quickly. Explained problem. Did not leave any mess. Polite. He could not make appointment time and called to let me know he had run into a problem and gave me a window of time he could come. Was on time.

The plumber arrived exactly on time. He looked at the base of the toilet where there was a slow water leakage. After he removed the toilet from the base, he found out that the closet flange was cracked and the wax ring had begun to disintegrate. He replaced the closet flange, reset the toilet, and chalked around the base of the toilet. His explanation of the problem was clear and understandable. I also asked him to look at a shower head in the guest bathroom because of a slow water flow. He corrected the problem, also. He was very professional. I would highly recommend Aces Drain to repair any plumbing problem you might have in the future.

Aces arrived on time and removed old toilets form 2 bathrooms and installed 2 toilets. They were professional, friendly, and very neat.

Arrived a little late but plumber was quick, efficient and resolved the problem. Price seemed a little steep for a few minutes of work but they got the job done.

The plumber was prompts. He made an assessment of the toilet plumbing problem and made the repairs. The cost of fixing the problem was reasonable.

He was punctal for appointment and called to let me know that he arrived. He was willing to wait for me to arrive since I was running late to meet him at my home.

He ran a little late but that was not a problem and he was most professional and personable. He analyzed the problem quickly and did the work efficiently and without delay. We are very pleased. We would definitely contact him again should we have any plumbing problems.

I wish I could give Aces Drain an A+++!!! Actually, I was looking for a plumber for a friend of ours because their water softener was broken (which her neighbor fixed by the time I called her). Anyway, we needed a plumber as well but kept putting it off. When I called Aces Drain, Brian said he could come over around Noon. My husband had an errand to do, but said he would be back before the plumber arrived. However, Brian arrived earlier, so I showed him the problems we were having. After flushing the master bathroom toilet, the water would continually run until you jiggled the handle; the kitchen sink faucet leaked from the back ocasionally (we would notice a puddle of water on the countertop) and my husband could not calibrate the water softener. Brian fixed the toilet while he was there (easy peezy for him). The kitchen faucet would not leak - similar to like a toothache and when you make an appointment with the dentist, you don't have a toothache....but we ran the water for 10-15 minutes (both hot and cold and used the sprayer) and finally the faucet began to leak. Brian said we needed a new faucet although, since it only leaked once in a while, we could wait, but I thought we should have it changed because it could get worse a lot sooner. Then I showed Brian the water softener, at which time my husband came home - thank God because I'm so illiterate when it comes to anything mechanical. Brian told us that the circuit board in the water softener had been fried by lightening. He told us that even though it was still running through the cycles, one day it would just freeze up. He told us that the water softeners his company sells are analog - no circuit boards to be fried by lightening - just a dial to turn if there's an electrical failure, etc. He gave us a price, told us he would have to take a water sample to be tested so that the water softener could be calibrated to what chemicals were in our water and would call us with a date of installation. About 2 hours later, Brian called with an installation date of 03/20/14 at 9:30AM. That morning, Brian showed up with another Brian and it took them about an hour and a half or so to remove the old water softener and install the new one and show us what to do in case of power failure. After that was done, Brian installed the new kitchen faucet we had purchased the day before. My husband and I cannot praise this company enough. I am so glad I subscribed to Angie's List and found this company because, otherwise, it would be a hunt and peck method through the Yellow Pages. The reviews for this company helped to steer us in the right direction as well. I hope that my review will help others. Both Brians are outstanding people - friendly, courteous, wonderful sense of humor and efficient. I hope we never need a plumber again, but if we do, we will definitely call Aces Drain.

As advertized. Prompt, polite and knowable. Worked around my schedule. Finishedn price was under original estimate. Brian Meeker was the man who did the work and I would recommend him and the company to anyone.Well Done!!!

The odor in the kitchen was bad. I had covered each drain with plastic wrap and put the stoppers in to try to stop some of that awful odor. I had called another plumber service, Scott Plumbing, and the plumber told me that there was nothing he could do for me. His only suggestion was to have the wall torn out and work on the plumbing inside of the wall as that was where my problem was. He was here for some time. I paid him $60.00 and didn't get anything done. I called the company and they said that they could send someone else out. I opted out and looked on Angie's List. There I found Ace's Plumbing. I called and he came out and wasn't here any time until he told me that it was the valve under the sink in the back wall. He took out the old diaphragm and put in a new one in no time at all. For a couple of months I had a lingering odor that wasn't bad - but he said that it would take a little time before all the odor would be gone. I am so very thankful for Angie's List and Ace Plumbing. I will always use this company and will recommend him to anyone. He showed me the old piece and then the new one so I could see the problem. He is punctual, polite, informative, very reasonable and cleans up when he has completed the job. He is the best.

It went beautifully. He is a top notch guy and very honest. I have been using him since 2007 and will always use him for my plumbing needs.

Brian is a complete professional and fixed all problems within an hour. Really nice person, and even went on to help out a house guest who needed him later that day at her farm.

I am getting hot water. Also, during previous visit, they came to my rescue my really cleaning my bathroom sink drain pipe. Four other plumbers,handmen refused to do this job right.

For starters not only were they on time, they were in my area 1.5 hours earlier then they anticipated. So they gave me a call and asked if they could come early! They introduced themselves and were both very respectful and polite . They came in to my yard ,assessed the situation, and had it resolved in minutes. Not only that I was told that after I have my septic tank pumped out, if needs dictate, they would come out and repeat the process at no additional cost. Was nice to meet people that are not only professional, but stand behind what they do.

Brian, returned my call right away and came out the same day to check a pipe that was concerning me. I was not a home but he was able to stop by and take a look at the issue. He was very professional and honest.
