They promise and deliver, period. Put a request out for service and Carlos contacted me almost immediately. After a brief discussion on scope of work, he said he would come out next day and give a formal estimate/quote. Price was more than fair, and worked around my timeline to get the job done. Needed some large trees, one in particular hanging over our pool leaning towards the house. Carlos and his staff had all of the necessary equipment to do anything and everything I needed. One tree was particularly difficult and took more time and effort than originally expected but he held firm on his original quote. This impressed me, knowing the extra time cost him money. We were able to work out some additional work to help compensate and offset the additional time and trip. The work was precise and safe. Not once was I ever concerned about the job not being done right. Carlos was chipped up the trees for mulch and even gave me some landscaping ideas! I'm ready to do some more work and contacted Carlos. He said "Just give me a couple of days notice and I'll be there!" Precise work at a more than reasonable price. I'd recommend Creative Vision L & D to anyone and everyone.

This is a very honest and reputable company. The owner Carlos is super friendly and professional. They removed 14 trees and 20 stumps, plus used a bush hog on two acres to clear the weeds. Our property looks so much nicer with the dead trees removed. Carlos and his crew showed up when they said they would and did everything that they said they would cover in the price. We will definitely use their services again in the future.

had some problems with soft ground due to excessive rainfall but stayed with it and got the job done. good crew and leadership. would defintly hire again if needed

I am so happy that I found this company and I want to welcome them to this area. After having a tree company quit in the middle of the job, I went searching for a company to finish the job and I found my FOREVER tree company. I think we ended up taking down 12 HUGE trees and doing a ton of trimming. Carlos is one of the nicest people that I have met and definitely the hardest working. Lake City and surrounding area folks need to give this company a shot you will not be disappointed.

Great job on my tree trimming by Miguel and his crew. The tree looked so much better and was well worth the money I paid. They were very professional and polite, and did a great job on the clean up as well.

We were very pleased with the work performed by Carlos, Miguel and their crew. We had 6 trees that needed heavy trimming and one large tree that was removed. The trees look great and there was not even a leaf left on the ground. They cleaned up and removed everything. They were very professional and great to deal with. I would definitely recommend their services.

I am a very frugal person and was unsure if I would get value out of tree trimming by an expert. I have officially been converted they were amazing, the tree looks a thousand times better and well worth the money

The weather set them back a little but overall a good job

They were awesome. I am SO happy with the outcome . This was a project that I had put off for many years. Carlos speaks TREES... call him & you will understand . His passion for the right cut for my trees made the decision easy. His crew was great. & they cleaned up beautifully. My Olive trees now look like Martini glasses.. the proper cut for them. They were wonderful. I highly recommend them. .... I wish I could add before & after photo's.... I love the way my house now looks & my neighbors are jealous.. thank u Carlos & crew for a job well done.

Very professional.

I had several trees that needed to be removed and stumps ground down as well as some tree trimming. During my internet search I was directed to Carlos at Creative Vision through the Home Advisor referral service. I found Carlos to be prompt, professional and fair. Carlos and his Team came out and did a great job. One of my trees needed trimming badly and they cleaned it up and shaped it and it looks like a different tree. They cleaned up the yard when they were done and shredded or took away the debris so no huge pile of debris stacked at the curb. Great job Carlos to you and your Team
