Description of Work: HORRIBLE! Once they got over $2000 in deposits, couldn't reach them and they didn't contact me or do the work. Per contract, job was to take three days. It took over three months, just to get to the point where first county inspection could be done. It failed. Took more weeks to finish the 2nd time. Workers showed up without needed supplies repeatedly. Wouldn't answer or return calls. Scheduled countless appts to come do the work, wouldn't show up for weeks at a time, or answer their phone. This was a HORRIBLE experience, start to finish. Their ladder is still here, 3 months later. Totally unprofessional-- one worker showed up, on a sunny mid-august Florida day, without water to drink, and claimed he had 20+ years' experience. He did it more than once. What roofer with that much experience doesn't know to bring drinking water?
