I have a new home.  The pump was mounted on the wall in the bedroom.  It looked so stupid a big pump on my bedroom wall with hoses running up the wall.  Worse than that, the pump made loud noises like a bathtub draining and buzzing sounds.  It was impossible to sleep.  We complained and 2 weeks later they came and moved the pump into the closet.  Still the noise.  We complained again and they replaced the pump weeks later with another pump that was just as loud.  We complained still.
They finally agreed to move the unit to an exterior wall as we had requested in the first place.  They came weeks later and moved the unit.  We turned it on the first day and let it run.  After a few hours water began leaking into our bedroom soaking our floor.  Again we called them and they came and raised the unit higher on the wall.  This left damaged bedroom walls exposed, dents in my drywall, scratches in my paint.
THE UNIT STILL DOES NOT WORK CORRECTLY.  Every time we turn it on there is an overpowering smell of mold!  After researching it online we suspect it is not draining correctly and is growing mold which is a health concern.
We are no longer willing to allow CoolAir on our property.  They damage our home every time they come.  They never fix anything and leave our property worse each time they come.  They patched the holes they left in my walls and ceiling with tape!  It remains their to this date!   Then they sprayed some type of rubber that is impossible to sand.  It does not match the walls at all.  They failed to paint it leaving giant white smears on our walls.  They patched the hole in our soffit with duct tape.  After I left a bad review online they did replace the soffet.
The aftermath of the damage to our home is disturbing.  I have holes in my walls, ceiling, and numerous nail and drill marks inside and out.  I am patching and painting walls and holes.  I now have contacted Mitsubishi as there is mold growing in the unit which smells when I turn it on.  I will not allow Cool Air back in my home as they cause more damage every time they come.  This is a simple job that should have been completed in one day.
