They have a lot of integrity. I have had horrible experiences with property in Florida. Because I live out of state, they have to be my eyes and ears on the ground with my tenant. Just recently, my tenant called me because they wanted to circumvent the property manager, because they didn't like that the property manager was holding them to the contract. They contacted me directly, and I called Estate broker and spoke to the broker, and he said that he was going to handle it, and that he was sorry that they contacted me directly. He told me that he was holding them to the contract and they didn't like that. I appreciated that they were honest, they are very professional, and I can trust that they are going to do what I have hired them to do. They charge about 10% of the rent. We have used them for 3 years now, and we are very satisfied.
Description of Work: I use Estate Brokers. I get a statement from them every month. They manage a property that I own in Florida, and we are not in Florida.
