From the time I first contacted Home Advisor until the three jobs were completed was only 4 hours. I couldn't believe how easy and fast it went. The price estimate from the technician, Evan, was much lower than I thought it would be, so I told him to go ahead and do the jobs. Before he left, we double checked everything he had done, and it was all great. Evan is the best plumber we have had at our home in 40 years.

They were great. Came right out, did estimate and I called them few minutes later to hire them and they were able to do it the same day. Very friendly and answered all questions.

The service tech was courteous, informative, and cleaned up after himself. He answered my questions and gave me advice on how to fix some other odds and ends further down the road. The service tech did miss the scheduled time, but I still got the service done same-day. Overall it seemed like good value. I would recommend Free-Flow.
