no problems works fine quick and on time service

Kevin , not only was a very nice young man, he know what he was doing and did it well. He removed my old water hearter quickly, and had the new AO Smith Brand in and working great all within about 3 hours. Great service and price. I've already recommended him to my son Anthony who was having smelly hot water.. his water heater was aslo replaced and now the water is clean and smell free. Regards Donald

Reliable, on time, good job

Very trustworthy contractor. His price was next to the lowest and trust threw me over to picking him instead of the lowest price (who was also trustworthy, but sometimes I just have to go with my gut feeling of who to choose). He was lower than 2/3 of the estimates. I don't think you can go wrong with Free Flow. I highly recommend them and will recommend to my friends.

Very prompt, reasonable and honest

He was very professiona and came within 40 minutes of my call, 4:30pm. My hot water heater was replaced by 7pm and running perfectly. He kept everything very neat and clean. His price was 1/3 lower than one of the others I had contacted. I will definitely keep his card and pass it on.

Scott was very prompt, courteous, and extrememly knowledgeable. He made a suggestion on my installation I had not thought about, but was both completely logical and highly beneficial. Scott performed additional work to facilitate the suggestion at no additional charge as well as other things such as replacing an inferior valve with a new one, again at no charge. He earned my highest respect and I will use only him for any future plumbing needs. I will recommend him to everyone I know.

I was on line at 9pm looking for information on replacing my water heater. At approx. 9:02pm I received a call from Free-Flow Plumbing asking about my request. At 9am the next morning Free-Flow Plumbing was at my house replacing my water heater. I don't thing anyone anywhere could have better service than what I received. In 12 hours, starting at 9pm, I asked for information, received a quote and had my heater replaced.

Very efficient, The incident happened while I was away from town and Scott was very efficiennt in getting the job done. My wife was pleased with his services.
