They did a fantastic job for the price. They were in time and courteous. I would hire them again for tree trimming needs.

We've used Scott several times. He is very knowledgeable, professional and personable. He pointed out that an oak tree that our gardener had been trimming to look like a bush was interfering with our a/c pad. The Trimmers removed the tree, We've also used them to lay new sod.

I was really surprised due to the other reviewers, but this company failed to ever return my phone calls...I left two messages at the numbers provided and reached the correct party...but, absolutely nothing! No response. And that is the end! The other companies I contacted I will review after their work is done, but at least my phone calls were answered by a person and they came out the same day to do an estimate...

Although they were running behind schedule due to the recent bouts of rain, when they did arrive (which was only two weeks later), this company was very friendly, professional and knew exactly how to stem further problems with these palm trees. They had very adequate equipment and did the finest job trimming these palm trees back, including the boot, that has ever been done in the time we have owned this house! Although it can be difficult to reach or receive a call back from the office staff, the result was very satisfactory and we will have the company put us on their regular 6 month list for all our tree trimming.

Good bid, but higher than others

I called The Trimmers and asked in the could remove a stump located in the front yard. The homeowners association wanted it removed within 30 days. By the time "other Angie's list" vendors said they would come by for an estimate three weeks passed. I then called The Trimmers and told them my situation and they put a "Rush" on the order. They came by within a couple of days and removed the stump before the Homeowners Associations deadline. I was very pleased with their quick response and the work they did.

We never have to worry when The Trimmers are at work. They do a great job!

The men doing the job, owner and men working for him, were really great. However, the office is a different story! I tried to get an invoice-impossible! The lady could not get the invoice correct, and sent me an invoice saying that I owed $25.00. Let her know that I did not!!! Getting an invoice took 2 days!!! Also she is terrible at returning calls- it took me several calls for her to make an appointment- kept saying she would call me back but never did. Always me calling her. Needs new office help!

The Trimers, Inc were really great. I chose them based on other reviews and I was not disappointed. We had a large oak tree that is actually the neighbors that was rubbing on our roof. Scott gave us an estimate and we accepted and he started work on the spot. Trimmed and shredded all the low hanging branches plus the large branch hanging over our roof. Fast, professional and informative. The crew looked like they enjoyed working together and were very thorough. You won't go wrong with this company.

Wow, what a difference than the last person we used which was not on Angie's List. All of the branches were removed and and ground using a tree grinding machine. After they finished, they cleaned my pool cage and patio with a blower. Very happy, because my wife wanted me to do this and they did this without me asking. I will be calling this company again the next time! Excellent Service!!!

Called Scott and he was there the next morning to give a quote for the job. He said if we wanted it done right then, he could do it. What a pleasant surprise! While he was here he took the time to educate us on all our plants. Being new to this area, we really needed the additional info. He was very knowledgeable. From the phone contact to the quality of the work performed he was top notch. After having experience with two other trimmers previously, there was no comparison for the same amount of money. We were more than satisfied and will continue to use his service in the future.

Very professional operation. They called ahead to say they were on the way, arrived on time. After looking at the tree explained, in detail, what needed to be done, how it would be done and gave us an estimate of $45.00 After seeing the results of the pineapple palm we asked them to trim and shape another tree. The total cost was $70.00 Will definetly will use the again.

My overall experience was very good, from the moment I called the team was in action. My quote was handled immediately and the price was fair and reasonable. They did exactly what they said they would do from tree removal to cleaning up. I am pleased with the job they did.

My lawn service merged with the Trimmers last year. Not an easy business, even though it might seem that way to some. Anyway, I was told the same person was cutting my lawn. It's a rental property so I'm not there when they take care of the mowing. I would repeatedly find one patch of my lawn uncut, but I think my neighbor was doing it so I never said anything. I did, however complain that they never weed whacked the weeds in the driveway or the gutter, which would result in complaints from my HOA. Even after calling and complaining they did it once or twice and every time after that the weeds would be there. About 3 weeks ago I called to complain that my lawn had not been cut in over 2 weeks. With all the rain you can imagine how it looked. Rather than come out to cut the lawn one final time, they sent me a little letter saying due to the location they would no longer be handling my yard. They not only left me with a miserable lawn, they also are billing me for 2 cuts, even though they told me they only cut my yard once in July. They were paid for June and I only got half a months service. I don't believe there was any service provided in July, but I will agree to pay for 1 cut and not 2.

My experience with them was very good. They call me on every year.

good , workers andScott were prompt and made sure that i was content with each section of trees. Scott was helpful identifiying other trees . they did extra things like spreading the chippings.

Called Scott for an estimate and he was out the same day to look at what needed to be done. I called on a Friday and gave them the go ahead and they were out that following Monday. They worked great as a team and were very professional. They did a very good job and when they left it was like they were never hear, everything looks great. Would highly recommend to anyone. I have got many complements on how the trees look since they have trimming them.

Scott came out and gave an estimate that beat all other competitors. Not only did he have the equipment to do the job properly, but he was prompt and highly professional. The job was done quickly and the clean up was perfect. My husband, who is nearly impossible to satisfied was impressed by the work. Several neighbors grabbed Scott on the spot to do work when he was out on our property. Can't say enough good things about him. We will definitely use them again.

Scott and his crew from the Trimmers did a fantastic job, they were professional and the quality of work was top notch. Upon completion of the trim work Scott mentioned that he noticed some of my gutters were blocked, for a very reasonable fee he completely that task as well. There is clearly a difference in quality of work between the Trimmers and most other lawn care / tree trimming outfits.

I left in the morning and when I returned I had no tree but also no debris - none! Scotty did a great job all round.
