I had a leak for months and am out of work so I let it go for a very long time till on last friday i found that the carpet in the hallway closet was saturated. I called Mr Roman and made an appt for him to come and do the repair today monday after 2 when i could be home. Mr Roman showed uup about 3:30 and did the repair immediately. I was so pleased with the service and the price. He is very fair with his prices.

Had to replace a 20 month old water heater under warranty. My original installing plumber was not available so I called this company. They were responsive and did the work fine but claimed that part of my bill was due to the Supply House charging a $50 service fee. Later he said he got them to waive the fee, then he said he would put in a valve for free, later he said it was part of the $346, but somehow I always ended up not getting any cut in the price. I should have inquired as to their charges but I did not, my loss. I think $346 for 1 1/2 hours time (a lot of dead time to drain and fill heater) is overpriced and his double talk about the service charge (I verified this to be false through another company) lead me to advise any prospective customer to look elsewhere.

There was standing water under my vanity sink and a slow steady drip when I ran the water. The plumber arrived about two hours after my initial call to Roman Plumbing which was the time frame I was given. He assessed the problem, explained my options and gave me an estimate. We agreed to replace the entire drain assembly. Since the faucet was old and I was given a good price we had a new faucet put in as well. He even replaced an extra valve under that sink that had a small leak. When he was done he asked if I would like a free Plumbing System Inspection. He visually inspected the various areas opening cabinet doors, checking under sinks, toilet areas, etc. He reported a small leak by my water heater and explained the potential problem. I asked him for an estimate to replace the water heater. We scheduled the water heater to be replaced next week.
