Bad Bad BAD! (see the above information) As I said above, this firm should not only be FIRED, the ought to be FINED also for their bad business practices and service.
Description of Work: Worse than nothing. I had a problem with one of their properties. They are an HOA management firm. To start off with, it was almost impossible to find a contact number or location for them. After spending a large amount of time searching, I finally had to go to state registration records to obtain a contact telephone number. Once I called them, I was quickly screened and not permitted to speak with anyone that supposedly had the authority to address my concerns. I was always told so-and-so would call me back. They never did. After constantly retrying of over 1 month I finally got through to a Dianne who told me it was not her problem and directed me to local government officials who directed me right back to Dianne. Since she or no one else in the office would return my calls I obtained Dianne's email address and started to email her. Her response followed one of stonewalling any of my questions or concerns. She reiterated it was not her problem. I asked her for a contact number for their legal council or the president's number of the HOA association and she refused to provide any. She then cut off any further communications by blocking my email access. Actions like this are the epitome of rudeness and bad business ethics. I am now contacting an attorney who will be filing legal proceeding to clear up a matter that any reasonable minded persons or business could have handled in less than 10 minutes. There are no words that can express how terrible these people are. They boast of their power and authority then hide behind firewalls and electronic devices as their defense to avoid their responsibilities. Homeowners who contract this management company should be aware of this so they could FIRE this firm.
