Awesome! I recently bought a property and the a/c didn't work the day I moved in. Since the seller had just had the unit cleaned I called the company they used vs. Lambert and they flushed the drain but told me I needed a new unit. I called Lambert, they came out and said the fan was incorrectly wired and spinning the wrong way - which wasn't like that during the inspection and I don't need a new unit. Jeff also installed my nest. I've used Lambert for several years and they continue to go above and beyond. I would highly recommend them!

Our air stopped working on a Friday night and by Saturday afternoon someone from Lambert was able to come out and determine what the problem was. Unfortunately, we needed a new part and that couldn't be obtained until Monday. Their responsiveness and communication was excellent, the repairman talked us through what the problem was (and even took video on his phone), and they did what they could to make it as affordable as possible. Will definitely be making Lambert our new A/C people and will recommend them to others!

Have used Lambert (AC) for over a decade now and they never disappoint. Darren came out and helped today and was incredible did above and beyond what needed to be done and actually replaced more than I needed to replace because he said it was the right way to do the job and would not cost any more even though it was replacing more duct work. He even insulated other lines that was not part of the job because he said it would help the system and would not cost me any more. Overall I am beyond happy and have always been happy using Lambert errors services if you want great AC workers at a fair price and excellent quality of service give Lambert (AC) a call

December 2016, I was in need of new inside & outside units to my downstairs 2 story home. Lambert Air Inc provided both units at a great price & great installation. I was so pleased with their professionalism, installation, & cleanup, that I chose to use them again to replace my upstairs inside & outside units in January 2018.

Work and prices and service were great. A technician from Lambert's came out the day of the call and gave me a rough estimate and offered to apply a temporary fix at a greatly reduced price. If I bought a heat pump from them the charge for the temp fix would be dropped. I got the estimates. The heat pump I chose was a great deal less costly than a quote from another company for a lesser product. Lambert's specialize in Bryant (a division of Carrier) products and are Bryant certified installers. (I had read reviews on line for heat pumps and most problems were the result of improper installation so I was pleased I had opted for a certified installer.) Lambert's also has an "A" rating from the Better Business Bureau. All the workers I met were knowledgeable, professional and prompt. After the installation Kevin found a problem and called me up and made an appointment to fix it- no excuses or difficulties or hemming or hawing - they just fixed the problem. I felt like Lambert's put customer satisfaction and trust above all else. Kevin Lambert lives just down the road from me but I had never socialized with him or his family prior to this purchase. I was referred to Lambert's by a neighbor who also bought a heat pump from them and was very satisfied.

Jeff was very friendly and professional. He explained what he was going to do and afterwards answered some questions I had. Chase at the office is really nice, too. They've been very honest and didn't try to sell me work I didn't need done or recommend a new unit (all mine needed was some TLC). We will use them from now on.

I have used Lambert Air for years. They perform quality work at a fair price. I called the office in August because, after having the windows rebuilt in my old 1928 bungalow, the position of the condenser was shooting hot air up between the window panes of my son's room, cause it to be 3-5 degrees warmer than the rest of the house. Luis came over and look at the problem, suggested a cool cap condenser cover which is tethered on one end, pushing the air away from the house. Problem solved. I sincerely thought the resolve was to move the condense which would have been very expensive and required the services of an electrician. I was thrilled that this issue was fixed for $125.00.
I have used Lambert Air for years and recommend them to all of my friends. Great company, great employees, great experience.

The main office set up the appointment. She called 30 minutes before the arrival to inform me. The two staff members came as expected and answered any questions I asked. They were very nice guys and neat and careful. These guys knew what they were doing and were very professional. They went to pickup additional parts and this gave me a chance to go eat lunch. They were back shortly. They completed the job in one day.
This company is wonderful to work with. The owner stopped by while his staff was working to make sure everything was ok and that they had everything they needed. I would recommend this company anytime for service or installation.

We've used Lambert Air several times now. They are honest and reliable... not something I can say about any other A/C company I've used before them. A few years ago, we were told by another company that we needed to replace our entire indoor and outdoor unit (costing approx $15K!). Well after getting a second opinion we found out that it was mearly a $150 part that needed replaced. When we sold our old home and bought a new one, we had Lambert out to perform a and quot;Tie Downand quot; on our unit. The inspector said this was necessary in the Buyer's report. Lambert came out and inspected the unit and said that due to the age of the home, a tie down wasn't needed, only a thorough cleaning to remove rust from the sprinklers hitting it. Again... they could have just down the uncessary work, I wouldn't have known the better, but instead they are honest and only do what needs to be done. When we purchased the home we are currently in, the Sellers had gotten a quote to fix the upstairs unit of $1200... again we called Lambert and they took a look and told us we just needed to get the vents replaced.
Today, we just had them out again because the upstairs unit locked up. They did a full inspection, maintenance and found a blockage. They fixed the issue easily and quickly and only charged us a service fee. Every person they've ever sent always has taken the time to explain the issue, what they did to correct it and EVEN how to identify the issue should it arrise in the future. While the service personnel was here, he also checked our downstairs thermostat since it sometimes runs a degree off (which he explained is normal). I can't say enough good things about Lambert Air. I highly recommend them and will certainly use them again in the future!

This could not have gone better. I've had to completely remodel my home so I've had people coming and going for over 9 months now. Kevin and his team have been the best to work with. He had done work for me in the past and actually talked me out of expensive things I didn't need, so I knew when I needed AC in the new house he was the guy to call. He is prompt, professional, and knowledgable. Before he did the AC job we had him install a vent fan over the stove, he was extremely helpful with suggestions and helping me find hard to find items. His entire crew are professionals - they show up on time, work hard, have a good attitude, clean up after themselves, and communicate throughout the entire process. They installed the new system after the painter completed his job and Lambert Air didn't leave a mark on the new paint. They were there on a day another contractor had planned on being there and when that contractor made a stink about not having enough room to work the Lambert Air guys offered to move their work space to ensure the other contractor didn't leave the work site. After the install Kevin's office staff filed all of our rebates for us! That was an unexpected, pleasant surprise! These guys may not be the biggest, and they may not have the most Angie's List reports, but that's an advantage because you won't get lost in the shuffle. They treat you the way you want to be treated. I would highly recommend them to anybody.

We called Kevin on a reference from our Realtor before making an offer on our home. We suspected the air conditioner was old and faulty. The oil furnace was not operating at all. Kevin came and gave us a game plan on replacing the equipment with a new Bryant heat pump system. There was no charge or obligation for the evaluation. After receiving a rather attractive quotation we decided to hire Kevin. This company composed of an owner and one helper came one day and completely installed the new system carefully and thoroughly without creating a mess and without adding any charges that we did not know about. We were very happy to deal with this company.
