Replaced our duck work and will not blow any air through our vents. Day 1. Came back day 2 nothing any better. Day 3 said he would back and never showed up. Would not answer my husband's phone calls. Our thermostat is set on 82. Thermostat is set at 82. The unit never shuts off. Temperature in our home is 87 degrees. Would not recommend his work. Waiting for him to come and fix this problem. Sure hope he doesn't what he says. Suppose to come back. Already paid in full.

Seth is the nicest man. He cleaned our AC and got rid of the musty smell so the air smells clean and installed a new smart thermostat that we love. Highly recommend Seth!

Garland Air is by far one of the best HVAC contractors we have ever used. After suffering through 2 nights of sweltering heat and high humidity we contacted Garland as a referral from one of our neighbors. They did not have the right part with them, but drove back to their office to get something that would work so that we could enjoy a comfortable night. Seth arrived the next morning with the right part, installed it and we are good to go. Professional, courteous, and priced very fairly. A 5 star experience all the way.

Great service. We thought it was one issue and they quickly determined it was something else. Fixed it immediately and got us up and running again on a Saturday without charging a weekend fee.

Seth is a true professional. He was kind and courteous. He solved an A/C problem I have had for over 10 years. Seth gave me great advice. The next day Seth and Matt also installed a New A/C in my home. They were quick and efficient and I would highly recommend them.

Seth has 20 years in the AC business and it showed in the way he was able to patiently answer my questions. He and Matt removed my old condenser and handler and installed a new system within one day. The New system is so much better than the old system. The price was also very competitive. Seth responded to texts and answered the phone which was a real plus.

My job was to repair/replace the wooden platform the compressor sets on (we have a house on stilts). Contractor responded as requested, looked over the situation and made a recommendation on the most cost effective repair. I accepted and they promptly went to work. A few hours later everything was finished. Very happy with the work and price was reasonable.

responded quickly on the Saturday after Christmas and was at our home within an hour. It was a quick adjustment and he only charged for the $85 trip charge to get us toasty warm again.
