Dealing with Garland and Seth was a refreshing change from typical techs that many large HVAC outfits send out. I was always annoyed when I knew more than tech. Seth was a no BS, straight shooter he knew his craft very well. It was simply a pleasure doing business with him.

Garland Air is quick getting to the customer. That is critical in Florida's high humidity and heat indexes. They solve the problem and are extremely reasonable. We are happy to refer them. I work for a generator company and run into many issues that they have solved within the hour in most cases. ð

My A/C went out, I called Seth, he had been recommended by a friend. He came as soon as he was able to, found the problem, and fix it without hesitation. Seth was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. The price was very reasonable for the job. I will use Seth again if needed and I recommend him to my friends as well.
