Arrived on time, did the work professionally, cleaned up and after testing the installations, left us very satisfied with their work. Would definitely use them again.

Because of a slab leak, my home had been replumbed with CPVC pipe in the attic and garage before I bought it. Whomever did the initial replumb was probably a "handyman" and not a proper plumber, as the quality of the replumb left much to be desired. Chad provided an estimate and stuck to it. Continental replaced a good portion of the CPVC in the garage and attic with PEX, which is more durable than CPVC and provides for a more reliable system and cleaner installation. The Clack water softener is about as good as you can get...way better than the GE/Whirlpool junk sold at the big home improvement stores. I could immediately see a huge improvement in the water quality. No more spots on dried pots/pans. No complaints. I probably could have paid less elsewhere but you get what you pay for, as is evidenced by the hack-ish work that Continental helped to correct. I'd use Continental again without hesitation.

Tenants called with water heater leak on a Saturday and wanted it replaced on Monday. I called Continental and got immediate response and early Monday appointment. They showed up, replaced the WH, took away the old one, cleaned up and sent bill, all without my or the tenant's involvement. Very responsive and professional. The price was reasonable also.

Tech arrived a little early, which was fine. Very professional and pleasant. He was comfortable in a house with big dogs and did not 'creep me out" as a woman alone in the house. Work well done, only deviation from the estimate was having to replace an old trap which was falling apart (not a problem!). We have had plumbers do work before that we were not happy with, had put off getting needed things done due to previous bad experiences. VERY happy with this company, would absolutely call again! They're very good people. I've used them for 25 years. They did an excellent job. They come when they're supposed to, and they're professional people.

Jason did a fantastic job! He called to let me know he was on his way. He had installed other faucets of this type and didn't even require the instructions. He got the job done quickly, and the faucet works great. There were a few tools that came wtih the faucet and he explained to me how they worked in case we ever need to use them down the road. The price was very reasonable, and Jason was professional and very pleasant. We will definitely call them again when plumbing issues arise.

The overall job went very well. The tech did exactly what he said he was going to do. I called them in the morning and a tech was over at our house about 2-3 hours later and fixed the problem within an hour. This is a great company that cares about their customers. Like I said, we have hired them before and it was a similar issue, so we will use them for all of our plumbing repair needs.

Over 1 month they installed a shower pan. Then they had to wait for the tile to be done then they came back and installed the toilet a new bath tub and fixtures on the tub and shower fixtures. Had to wait again for the counter top and 2 sinks to be in place to finish the sink fixtures. Chad, Jason and Brain all were here. Chad helped me get all the parts described and he and the guys did a perfect installation. Chad never asked for a deposit and was there for all the questions I had. Want a perfect job with truly good people. Call Chad. I will never call anyone else for plumbing

The tech showed up right on time and looked over all of my issues. There were several items that he gave me recommendations on because he was unable to repair the items without replacing them (old faucets that he could no longer get parts for, etc.). He was very polite and knowledgeable. I plan to follow through on his recommendations and pick up the parts and equipment needed and then call them back to perform the labor. He did fix one of my toilets, however, and it's been running great since! I have used this company in the past both personally and professionally (at a plaza in Tarpon Springs that I used to help manage) and they've never let me down.

I don’t remember how much I spent on their services. They were quick and courteous. They cleaned up after themselves. I don’t recall their price but it’s probably within the range of being outrageous. My water heater is still working, so the quality is good. They were responsive. They came out and fixed it the same day. We will use their services again in the future.

Everytime I use them they're awesome. I've never had a bad experience. The owner is great. He's very nice and personable. He even remembered my mother's name years after he did the work for her.

Chad is my in-laws' plumber so when I needed one for my own house, I had a good starting place. He was available very quickly, and was respectful of the fact that I had a newborn in the house (wasn't loud, was friendly, etc). Because Chad took the time to look at the piece, see if he could repair the part, and knowing how to do just that, I saved a lot of money, both in plumbing costs and water bills had I let the drip continue. I was so satisfied with his work that I have had him come to our house several times since then. Chad has replaced our sink fixture and hot water heater. He is fast at his work, so you do not get overcharged. He is knowledgable and super friendly. As a female I feel comfortable having him work in my house without anyone else there. When I call him these days he asks how my kids are doing, because he has in a strange way watched them grow up too!

Chad and his worker, Jason, are great. They are very polite, professional and responsive. Since I was overseeing a major overhaul of my grandpa's house, I had a lot of questions, especially with regards to the new shower pan install and the tiling of the shower. For instance, who demoed what, and what happened first with regards to laying down the pan and the cement over and under it, etc. They answered the phone every time I called and were happy to answer any questions I had regarding process and what type of fixtures would be installed, etc. And actually I asked Chad to modify his quote a couple times, since I kept changing my mind on what I wanted to do. Chad was very patient with me and happily obliged. Because I was acting as my own general contractor, I was coordinating several contractors at once. Chad was very accommodating with my schedule (or lack thereof). When I called Chad at the last minute to remove the old fixtures from the bathroom so I could schedule the tile guy to demo the walls, I was in a panic cause Chad was about to leave town for a few weeks for vacation. That would cause a delay. But knowing I needed it done as soon as possible, Chad sent Jason over, and Jason was just as awesome as Chad. He worked all day and removed and hauled away the old fixtures, did prep work in the shower and installed new sewer drainage and water supply for a washer. Jason is very sweet and an extremely hard worker, but he is a little forgetful though. :-) He kept leaving tools at the house. :-D After that first visit, I had a jackhammer for weeks. And most recently, upon finishing the job, he forgot his fan. (Jason, I still have your fan if you would like to get it. :-) After the initial demo, they had to leave and wait for the shower to get tiled, the bathroom floor to get tiled, and the new kitchen cabinets to get installed before they could come back and put in the new fixtures. When I called for them to come back, they scheduled me as soon as they could, within the week. Since I had installed the kitchen cabinets and counters myself, I needed a hole cut in the counter for the sink. I am single girl and it was my first time doing such things, so the whole process was brutal and I didn't have the sink or a jigsaw for the hole. I asked if Chad or Jason could cut the hole for me. Usually plumbers do not do this because they don't want to be responsible for chipping the counter. And I don't blame them. But they took pity on me and cut the hole, after I reassured them that they would most definitely do a better and quicker job than I would. I greatly appreciate that. They installed high quality chrome Moen fixtures that have a lifetime warranty. They also warranty their labor for a year. Overall, their price was considerably reasonable. And their quality of work excellent. Thank you Jason and Chad.

I got a new, slightly larger refrigerator today. It wouldn't go in as far as I wanted because the cabinet ran into a fitting in the water line, so I need something more flexible and one piece. I had set up an appointment tomorrow with someone else, but I wanted it resolved today. Continental was able to get out in three hours. The service was done well, the price was reasonable, and they pointed out some other potential problems.

We appreciated the fact that if they could not make it they called and let you know. They also keep you in the loop about what they are doing and why. They are very pleasant to have around and have good work habits.

A POSITIVE EXPERIENCE GOT WHAT I PAID FOR.
