Very good no problems. This is the second time we have used them.

Called Chad, and got a great quote right over the phone. He gave me all my options, and what he recommended. Scheduled the install for two days latter. He arrived on time, we whet over the unit and where he was going to do the install, and about an hour and a half latter I had a unlimited hot water, and more room in my garage! He was beyond professional, and honored his price even though I know he had a little more work than was discussed. Looks Great, and best of all it is saving us money! . Would recommend this company to anyone!

Truly, the best experience I have had with a plumbing company. Chad was, professional, courtesy, fair, and a pleasure to deal with. I will definitely call them going forward for any plumbing issue I have.

He was two hours late. I recieved a call a half an hour later stating he would be late. However, he then arrived at 5:30 I did not allow him to complete the services.

The work was amazing. They were awesome. We called the plumber in the morning. He was here within two hours. He did the job and it took him less than an hour. He was just so good and so personable. He did an awesome job. The price was very cheap. The guy that came out was so personable and very professional. He worked so hard the whole time. He went over and beyond for what we asked him to do and didn't charge us anymore. It is an older house, so we had a lot of issues with the plumbing. He said okay that he wouldn't recommend doing certain things and he did that. He had all parts that he needed with him. It was just very good. He gave me his business card and I have distributed in the neighborhood.

Continental Plumbing came out to the house on 10/22/2013 to fix a problem in the master bath with the plumbing making a banging sound when the toilet was flushed or water had been run and turned off. We thought the problem was isolated to the master bath. After the plumber (who was very efficient and professional) left we noticed that a similar problem was happening in the Guest Bathroom. I contacted Continental Plumbing and asked them to come and take as look. Chad (the owner) came himself and replaced the valves and flappers in the guest bath himself. He was wonderful to work with. Very efficient, checked everything, made recommendations for a water softener that I asked him about. No charge for the return visit. Continental Plumbing offered efficient and wonderful service. They really care about the client. I've already recommended them to one of my neighbors.

It was smooth and they were efficient. Also great manners.

He arrived (sorry forgot his name. Clean, professional, easy to understand. Not only did he know his job he was efficient and master at his craft. I recommend him for a normal service or if you have plumbing DRAMA, call these guys. Hands Down!

I wanted one of my valve on top of my water heater replaced so I called reliable Continental. Once again showed up ontime, speedy and quality work for a fair price. Clean and professional appearance and answered all of my questions. I recommend this company to anyone.

I called Continental immediately after finding out my laundry room water fixtures were leaking. They couldn't schedule me that day since I called in the afternoon, but they were able to schedule me in the next day at any time. Brian arrived promptly and immediately got to work. He was very personable as he was doing the work, and be provided several plumbing recommendations. He completed the job very efficiently, and I felt the price was great. Excellent company!

I was so impressed that Chad, the owner, came out on a Sunday to investigate the problem. Not many people with that kind of character left.

The next morning he was here at 7:30. He discovered leak below concrete at corner where copper "hot water" comes into kitchen & adjacent areas. He rerouted water with PVC between hot water tank over the attic & down between walls to hot water. He was courteous, intelligent, with a hard work ethics. I was pleased with his responding to call & quick repair. He lives in Tarpon Springs; However, He overs Hillsboroug, Paseo, & of course Pinellas County.

When I saw the rivulet of water running from the HWH, under the washing machine, dryer and freezer headed for the garage door, I thought to myself: Great, I can get a tank-less water heater! I proceeded to investigate tank-less water heaters, reading reviews online and calling a big box store. Found out that I needed to add breakers and increase wire gauge, to the tune of apx $1500, so not only did I need a plumber but also an electrician! On Thursday 07/10/2013, I called Continental Plumbing Services and reached Amy who said she'd have her Hubs, Chad, call me. She explained he was on a job and would return my call when able. I also emailed an electrician to get an estimate on the electrical work. Chad called me within an hour and even though he was obviously busy with another client, I explained what I wanted and he listened and coached me with what I would need the electrician to do in order to have the tank-less system. As I had more questions and he needed to complete the job he was on, he said he'd call me later in the afternoon. He did call back as promised, and he gave me his honest thoughts on a tank-less vs. conventional HWH and suggested I research a certain Miami-based company and he promised he would also do some research when he got home... Where do you ever find someone willing to give up his time to help research??? After researching the tank-less system I decided to go with a conventional water heater for many reasons but mainly because Chad gave excellent pros and cons to the tank-less system and guided me in my decision making. He had time to do my job on Friday 7/11, but I scheduled it for Tuesday 7/16, as he said the old tank would probably hold through the weekend. Estimated arrival time was to be between 10 and 12... well, it's now 12:05 and the new A.O. Smith Tank is installed and heating up the water! All went smoothly, and I am so pleased and impressed with Chad's punctuality, honesty and follow-through! Jason helped with the install and both men were friendly, polite and professional. After today's experience I will never call any other company! Continental Plumbing Services owns my plumbing business! You may spend a little more with this company, but the job will be done to perfection and in a world of shoddy service and dishonest characters, Chad is a gem and my peace of mind is priceless! I have used Continental Plumbing in the past, and will continue to call them for future plumbing needs. I recommended them to a neighbor who was also pleased with the service. (Oh, and BTW... never heard from the electrician, who is not on Angie's List!)

He did it in a matter of a couple of hours and was half the price of another quote I had received. He hauled away all of the excess materials from the job and cleaned everything up.

Brian was here a little earlier than he said and worked diligently until he completed the job. Very efficient and he worked steadily until he was finished. An extremely pleasant man that gave us some ideas on how to do some of the work that we planned to do ourselves. He also told us to shut our water off at the curb if we planned on being gone for any length of time and to purchase a key at the hardware that would help with the shut-off. All in all a very easy experience. We would use this company again and would recommend them to others. I would like to add that on Saturday, July 6, Chad came over to shorten up one of the plastic pipes, he also put on the shut-off valves. On his way out, he noticed that we hadn't brought the 150 pound vanity into the house yet, he asked my husband if he needed help to bring it in and then proceeded to help him carry it into the house. They never charged us extra for anything. Good people!!

The work was done very nicely and quickly. All three items were installed and the areas worked on was completed within two hours. The materials purchased were of high quality. The installer found a couple problems with my pumbing and addressed the problems. Overall, I am very pleased with the work. I would hire this company again.

I called a home improvement company and it was like $1000 and I called them and they were like $500 done the next day. It was pretty good. They ripped the old one off, put the new one in and cleaned everything up. It was quick and pain free.

Excellent with 2 hours of the call the hot water heater was replaced.......................................

Chad responded same day. Gave options and prices for repair work. Had to go to supply show to get replacement for older part; was back in short order. Well done, quick professional response. Explained his work as I watched.

I have been using Continental Plumbing for 5 plus years. They are locally owned and have provided consistently excellent service. This service call involved a water heater repair. On prior calls they have replaced our water softener, a hot water dispenser, faucets and shower heads, another hot water heater, and performed various other major and minor work for us. Their pricing is reasonable and they have always been punctual and professional. I will continue to rely on them.

The faucet on our tub was completely broken and needed replaced. Call Continental Plumbing Services and they said there was someone in the area and they would stop by and see what was needed and then someone would come back. This guy was so nice. Instead of having someone come back, he went to a nearby supply place, brought back the needed part. Replaced the faucet and it was all over and done with in one day! Would highly recommend!

Our house is 40 years old and has experienced several small pin holes in the copper pipes over the last couple of years. The most recent was around the 1st of December. I made a "combat" repair and started getting estimates. Chad came to our house to give us an estimate on re-piping the entire house (2 full bath, 1 kitchen). He was right on time for the estimate. After discussing how and when the work could be done, he said that because of a full schedule, if we chose them for the job and another leak occurred before they could complete the job, they'd come out and repair it for free. He said It should take 2 days. We decided on Continental Plumbing Services, LLC as they quoted a fair price for the job, and Chad was polite and professional. We did have a leak about a week before Christmas, and sure enough, they came out and repaired it. I was hoping they would do the job on the Thursday and Friday after Christmas as I was off that week. Chad and his guys showed up on the Dec. 27th. Three of his guys performed the majority of the work. Sorry as their names evades me. They were very polite, and professional as well. They were able to complete the job in 1 day. They went through the attic and came down through the walls. There was only one area that they had to cut a hole in the wall. The building inspector showed up the next morning. Continental Plumbing Services, LLC pulled a permit for the job and called for inspection when they completed the job. We couldn't be happier with the outcome.

He came in, we chatted about NYC, he fixed the problem, and he left.
