I am very pleased with the work done for me by Phil of Butler Plumbing Services. He installed a new hot water heater, did a meticulously neat and clean job of it, reviewed with me in sufficient detail how to maintain my new unit, how and where to adjust the water temperature, flush out the system, and to find the shut-off valve. Phil obviously takes pride in his work and the quality and care show. Butler Plumbing gave me an excellent price for the new heater and installation and I would most definitely call on them in the future for any of my plumbing needs. I am pleased with their service and they get my unqualified recommendation.

We are very pleased with the service Butler Plumbing provided. Very professional and answered all our questions. They got us on their schedule super fast as this happened over the weekend. Completed the job on Monday! They made this stressful situation a breeze for us. They were here when they said they would, did the job in a timely manner, explained all the details to us, and cleaned up before leaving. Superb Job! Water heater works great and I have to say that the price was very fair as I did check around. I highly recommend Butler Plumbing. Jeff the owner and Phil did a great job in replacing two sinks and a water shut-off valve. Once the work was done, clean up outstanding. Work great, price fair.

Jeff and Ben (Father/Son) came to evaluate the job and provide me with estimate. Compared to other places, not only were they courteous, helpful, knowledgeable but very sincere. The estimate given to me was for complete removal of old toilet and tank and replacing with new. They also installed new shut off valve as the old one was frozen in place from age and water quality in area. We set up a day and time for job to be done and AMAZING for Florida but they were on time and here at the given date. All too often in Florida tradesmen tell you what day they will be here but neglect to tell you what month! They sent PHIL who has to be one of the nicest tradesmen I ever met. His work was impeccable and not one drop of water was left anywhere. What a delight for a repair person to clean up after themselves! I feel that all those from BUTLER PLUMBING are without a doubt the most honest in the business with very competitive pricing. I would not hesitate to call them again, and I will certainly recommend them to anyone who ask. I can go on and on with praises, but the best way is to hire them and experience their professionalism. I guarantee you will not be disappointed!

Did the job for the estimate, guaranteed for a year, saved me from having to replace the toilet, since my color could no longer be matched.

One company that came out wanted over $1000. Butler plumbing did excellent work for a very low price. Lowest price of any contractor I spoke with. Phil the plumber who did the job was nice, efficient and did an excellent job. 1st class.

My man was Phil and he was wonderful. They are clean, courteous and respect other property. He even spread a mat on the floor to assemble the toilets so the floor tile would not be scratched. I would recommend this company to anyone as they tell you up front the time, cost and anything else pertaining to what is expected in your repair. I will definitely rehire if needed.

I appreciated that they could give me an estimate for the job over phone after explaining just what needed to be done. Everyone else wanted to come to house for service fee, applied to bill if I hired them. They were creative in putting together a simple solution for what could have been a bigger problem.

We were told by another plumber that our problem would be pricy but Jeff actually helped us fix it over the phone without a service charge! Our hot water on the master tub wasn’t working and he suggested we check the shut off under our sinks which had in fact been turned off by a previous plumber who changed our faucets- the other company said we would have to take out our tub to get to the faucets to replace them. So impressed Jeff knew what the problem was and didn’t even charge us! Talk about an honest guy! We will be using him for all future needs and I have already told my friends and family about him!
