Jeff was courteous and prompt. His bill was reasonable. He called ahead the day before to confirm and then arrived on time as expected. He did the work quickly. His work was excellent. He cleaned up afterward. He even pitched in and helped my wife spackle a hole in the wall left behind by the granite counter installers. He diagnosed a leak we had been having with our garbage disposal and sold us a new one. Both the cost of the unit and his labor were lower than the estimate we had gotten from Lowe's.

Couldn't be happier. Submitted the project on homeadvisor and he called within 5 minutes. He came out the same day and did the job for the quoted rate over the phone. Cleaned up after he was done. Have found my plumber for all jobs going forward.

I was on my Apple I Pad, looking for a plumber to purchase and install a replacement natural gas fired hot water heater, before I completed the search my phone rang. It was Mr. Jeff Butler setting up an appointment for the very same day at 2:00pm, he called again around 1:00pm to state he will be here. I had an errand to run but was running late, I arrived home approxiametly 2:15pm to find him waiting in front of my house. Mr. Butler assessed the situation very quickly, determined I needed a new unit. He called his partner which is a family owned business, to locate the Rheem replacement.
