woke up to bubble sounds in the toilets and then in the sink. knew that meant clog in the sewer pipe leading to the street. this was confirmed when the clean out plug was removed outside the front of the house and there was water in that one, but no water in the clean out plug by the curb. clog somewhere between the two clean out caps. thirty minutes later the clog was gone. roots found in the sewer drain pipe. i received both the temp maintenance and permanent solution on fixing a possible crack in the sewer line.

I feel very lucky to have found buttler plumbing, he was the first one to call , gave me honest advice over the phone , I am a senior and have had many plumbing nightmares with other companies. i followed the advice and called him back , he came the same day on time , even earlier than I thought he would come. He told me I can return and get my money back on the parts I bought , as he had everything in his truck that was needed.he also fixed my sink . His rate was very reasonable what is important to me as I am a Senior on a budget. He will be the only plumber i call if I have a need .Thanks

Jeff was the only one who responding to my request. He came out Sunday afternoon, looked at the pipes, quoted me a price and we set up the appointment to have it fixed on Monday morning. His brother, Tom came out to do the repairs and there was more work to be done than originally quoted, but stuck with the quote. Tom came back a day later and checked the repairs to make sure everything was fine and no other leaks formed elsewhere. All was fine!!! I would definitely hire them again. I am very pleased with them and their work!!!!
