I was searching on HomeAdvisor for a plumber to replace two bathroom sinks and faucets. I read many positive reviews about Butler Plumbing. I received a call from Jeff Butler and we discussed the scope and cost of the project. Jeff offered some knowledgeable suggestions for the project. The pricing for the project was very reasonable and an installation date was set. Both Jeff and Phil arrived on time. Jeff even brought both a bone and a biscuit colored sink to the house so we could get the best match for what we were replacing. I am not aware of any other plumbing companies would do that for a customer. Both men were very professional and friendly. Phil actually handled the installation project. Phil is superb plumber and a perfectionist. His workmanship is excellent. The results of the project were amazing. I am already planning on Butler Plumbing for some additional projects. I definitely recommend Butler Plumbing, Jeff was easy to work. I am a happy customer. My thanks to both Jeff and Phil!

The very best: Jeff did an outstanding job. Despite confined space, damaged flooring, and an oversized replacement water heater provided by the owner (me), Jeff overcame every challenge. Jeff's work ethic is excellent. He solves problems in a creative and practical manner. In this case, he worked through until hot water was restored. Despite all of the issues, he stood by his original quote for the work. Jeff Butler has earned the highest rating.

Had folks from Butler Plumbing Services come out to fix a pin-hole leak in our copper pipe that led to a sink. They responded to my home advisor query within 20 minutes and arrived on site at my home within an hour. Impeccable services were had and at very reasonable costs, and their plumber technician â Philâ , did not try to up-sell for anything we didnâ t need, and left all work areas very clean once all repairs had been completed. Very satisfied, 5.0 start review; highly recommended, and will use again if & when needed and necessary. Thanks

We needed the exterior hosebib replaced. Another plumber quoted us $390 and wanted to put a 12x12 hole in our stucco which he would not repair. We called Butler Plumbing and they came out and replaced it with minimal damage to our stucco. He even closed the hole and he was half the cost!

Butler plumbing is the very best. They are very professional, very knowledgeable in the field and very reasonable pricing. I will always use Butler in the future.

The water heater started leaking on a Saturday morning. They showed up first thing Monday and got to work. Changed out the unit and all is well.

My water heater sprung a leak the same morning I was going to a make arrangements for my son s funeral. Mr. Butler came out, repaired the leak in 15 minutes. I asked what I owed. I was on the phone with my sister, he asked if I could put the call on hold for a moment and asked if he could say a prayer with me. It was so moving and under the circumstances, exactly what I needed. Again, I asked what was owed, and he replied this was the appointment that was needed this morning. He did not have to do that, but I am forever grateful. Definitely someone I will use again...and have no issue paying.

Very timely in response I was called the same day and they came out the next day and replaced my water heater did a terrific job very pleased.

Butler came out the same day with a quote and returned later the day to finish the job. Even though more work had to go into the job, they kept to the original estimate. The work was thorough and my bathrooms turned out perfect.

The replacement of my water heater was completed with no complications or added on charges. In fact the final bill was lower than the quote. Cleaned up perfectly afterward.
