The Butler's, Father and son, both showed up to perform the estimate on my HW Heater, Electric. He diagnosed problem and gave a no nonsense quote to replace it. No up selling on services he already planned to perform such as new valve, carting the old one away, etc. His estimate was about 50 - 100 less than local plumber and about 200 less than cass plumbing. Only downside, he doesn't yet accept credit cards. I was able to pay by check.

I was so impressed from start to finish with the installation of my new sink and faucet. I was worried about my reverse osmosis system under the sink--but didn't need to because he took care of everything. He was very prompt, polite and professional. They did a great job and got busy to do the work even crawling under my place to get rid of some unused pipes. A bit pricey but I would expect them to get your job done and quickly.

Jason was fabulous. They even worked me in a day earlier. The price was very reasonable and they even gave me an estimate over the phone to give me an idea of the cost, although they do free in home estimates too, I believe. Very neat and very honest plumbing job. He was very friendly too.

I called Butler Plumbing around 2 PM. I spoke to Jeff Butler, he said he could come look at my problem at 3 PM or so. He showed up a little after 3 PM, he said he could see what was causing my leak and could fix it right away ( I had opened the drywall previously). He got his tools and had my shower working with no leaks in a short time. The price was very fair, I would hire these guys anytime.

I called Butler Plumbing this afternoon at 2 PM. Jeff Butler said he would come out about 3 PM to see what needed to be done. He quoted me a cost near what I expected. He arrived a little after 3 PM and looked at my leaking pipes. I had already opened up the plaster board. He said he could see what needed to be done. Since he was there and the job did not require a lot of time he said they would fix it right then. He had it completed in a short time and gave me a better cost than what he quoted over the phone. He did a super job in a quick time. I was able to use my shower this evening. I could not be more pleased.
