He diagnosed and fixed the problem but went above and beyond to make certain all was well and running. He gave me maintenance suggestions which was much appreciated. He was very friendly and proud of the company he works for and has a great work ethic. I am so happy to say I finally have a plumbing company and will never use anybody else. Thank you!

Rate was high just to change parts in side toilet tank estimate was free that was why I selected them..... but I did not get a receipt listing what was done and replaced .....was told parts only guaranteed one year..which for the price charged I think that was not a good guarantee

This company exceeded my expectations. Within a short while of my initial contact they were at my door. A toilet repair/replacement was the issue. Within a couple hours time, the old fixture was removed and replaced with a new one. They were friendly, fair, and did an excellent job, They did not make a mess! They will be my plumber of choice going forward to be sure. Great job Jeff Butler & Team!

After contacting two other Plumbing companies that could not get the work requested done in the time frame I had allotted, I called out to Butler Plumbing Services. Owner Jeff and Plumber Dave came to my home and replaced a sink and faucet/sprayer assembly. They also hooked up my dishwasher supply lines, and drain line plumbing to the new garbage disposal that also was installed at the same time. They took extra efforts to work cleanly throughout the process, using drop clothes on the flooring. They do excellent work and I would highly recommend them.

Owner Jeff and Plumber Dave worked very carefully, using drop clothes the entire time while replacing a sink, a faucet/sprayer assembly in my home. They also replaced my garbage disposal and hooked up my dishwasher. They did an excellent job, highly recommended.

I had attempted replacing an outdoor faucet (aka: sillcock, hose bib) and ended up breaking the plastic (PVC) pipe..which required to open up the block wall, repair and replace existing pipe, install new faucet, and repair wall with mortar. These guys were FAST and did a great job. From the time I called to finish was about 2 hours. Highly recommend!
