He seemed nice when he initially came. When we asked him to come back, he declined and said it was fine the way it was. We wouldn’t use him again.

They were punctual. The price was right. I would use them again in the future.

What's to say? :) They got here on time. They were friendly and personable. They did their work in a neat and professional way - made sure the unit was workingf as it should - and got out. I'd use them again. . .

Ron was on time clear what was involved in having the job done. 3 previous plumbers had said that job could no be done. Ron did job & was neat & price reasonable.

Very high priced. Tried to sell services I did not feel were required.

Summers has always been very prompt, professional and reasonable. Ron has been great about explaining what needs to be done and how to best maintain systems. I know I can trust Sumers to have the most reasonable prices and they have saved us money by advising against work that wasn't really necessary.

My wife scheduled the appointment while I was away. The plumber arrived as scheduled and proceeded to tell her that in addition to completely replacing the faucet, we also needed to replace the garbage disposal. He charged $288.00 to replace the disposal and wanted an additional $388.00 to replace the faucet which he didn't have with him. He said he would not install any faucet purchased from a "box store", hence the high cost.. The garbage disposal was approximately four years old and working fine with no leaks, and I believe did not need to be replaced. Additionally, the cost for the faucet seemed high. I subsequently called the vender and cancelled the faucet installation and complained about, what I believed to be, unneccessary work. They reduced the bill amoount by approximately $20.00. In all, my $39.00 service call cost me nearly $300.00 and could have been almost $700.00. I would have been far better off paying for a normal service call. Apparently there is no "free lunch"

He came to look at it and said that the valve was behind the tile wall and he would need to get to it by opening the wall. I didn't think the pressure valve was the problem but allowed him to come back and cut a hole in the tile. While he was here we had him checked the pressure in our other bathroom too. He said it was the same problem and he would be able to fix it by changing the valves. A few days later he came and replaced the downstairs valve and after they were done I went to check on first valve and the water pressure was still bad. When I discovered that he had already started on the second one. I let him finish and then the problem was still not fixed. He realized that I was really upset because I was paying him to do something which didn't fix the problem. He went outside to check the water pressure coming into the house, which he should have done in the first place. He said the pressure was a little low, but I showed him that the third bathroom had normal water pressure. He said he would keep trying to figure out what was wrong, and that he thought he would need to check the lines for blockages. I decided not to have him do it because I felt that he wasn't very knowledgeable or professional and wouldn't be able to fix it. I asked him for a bill and gave him my credit card information to pay for it. Today when I got home, the office person had left a message stating that the credit card number was wrong and she hopes its not intentional. She also said that if we hadn't called back by the end of the week she would have to turn it over to collections. When I called back and mentioned that she had been very rude she hung up on me. This was absolutely outrageous to me, especially because he was the one who took town my credit card information. I would never recommend this company.

I initally called this company as a result of an ad on Angies List. The plumbing company that I've been using has a policy-they will not install customer purchased products and I had already purchased the strainer for my kitchen sink months ago and could not return it so I was looking for a plumber who would install it. I also has some loose faucets and a clogged sink that needed attention. Ron, the owner came and fixed the items I called about and as a courtesy checked all toilets, faucets and hot water heaters and found that I had a toilet that was loose and needed to be seated and found that I had a expansion tank that needed replacing. Because he did not have the items he needed to fix the toilet, we made an appointment for today to get that done. He called before he came and was punctual, fixed the toilet and replaced the tank. I am happy with the work that was done. I am not sure of his prices as I did not comparison shop but they seemed reasonable to me.

The morning of the appointment i received a call from the office personnel informing me that the techinician would be arriving at the previously agreed upon time. The technician was on time and courteous. He removed his shoes at the door to avoid tracking dirt through my home. The work was done in a timely and neat fashion. While he was here, I asked the technician to look at a few faucets that required minor repair. He was happy to look at them and fixed them to my satisfaction. I also asked him to look at a more involved plumbing issue regarding the shower. He did that as well and reported that he will do some follow-up work to determine the necessary parts to fix the situation. He said that he will get back with me shortly. I found the price to be fair and reasonable for the work that was performed. I would recommend this plumbing company and will not hestitate to contact them for my future plumbing work.

Overall my experience with this provider was very good. In the future I will do a little more research on service providers. This was an emergency so I had no time to do the research but as stated before the quality of work was excellent.

They took my credit card over the phone the first time I called, before any work was done. The pricing was very high and seemed very excessive for what was actually done. I called him and he wouldn't budge on the price or his way of billing.
