The service provider was fabulous. Something in particular that I like that was the owner showed up himself to check the units and the work to make sure it was done properly and that I was happy. The price was fair, they were on time and did not try to oversell on anything I did not need as well as helped me get the best price on the unit. I had an overall a great experience.

They were very professional and worked until late in the evening to have A/C installed and working.

Overall I was very pleased with Paul and his team. I did a lot of research and spece'd out Paul and two other very highly rated providers on Angie's list. In the end he was the clear winner. He was very responsive both initially and with follow up questions. I was also impressed with the Trane technology as compared to more traditional units. He spent a lot of time up front taking me through my options, helping me understand the technology in layman's terms and sharing why his installation team and service were differentiated from his competition. His quote was very competitive and he was able to instal in quickly and efficiently. I was impressed that not only does Reynolds due residential business but some also count large power companies and hospitals as clients. Finally Paul is the owner of this small business. It was a pleasure to support the independent guy who has grown and maintained a great business while focused on developing a great culture with his team. I would hire him again in a heartbeat.

We live in an expensive neighborhood in Naples. I used to get so frustrated with proposals from service people who wanted to over bill us just because of where we live. Found Reynolds on line in area where I live! I try to shop locally. Paul called one & came very personally to my home to go over each detail prier to Contract. I explained the problems & snotty work I experienced with other contractors. He put the system in very professionally! He even connected some of the Day in issues from other contractor for no change. A great company with great customer service. They are follow up calls to see how the system was performing. I never had that. Very professional- hams on-super office support staff. Finally! An honest contractor. I highly recommend!

Paul Reynolds, the owner of the company, came to our house on time and with a professional attitude. He was very helpful in designing our new system and even saved us money by recommending a smaller A/C compressor than what was originally installed. His work crew showed up on time and with all the equipment they needed. They even had to do some destruction and construction of the area where the new unit was going to be placed because it was not properly installed when the house was built. Everything was completed in a timely manner and we could not be more pleased with the price and the installation. A truly honest company and a pleasure to do business with.

It went well. It always has with Reynolds Home Comfort. I have had a few issues with my units since they were put in. Every time I've called, Gloria greets me like I'm family,with a warm and comforting voice. A service tech is dispatched and the situation is resolved. After seeing how Reynolds Home Comfort follows up after installing a system shows me it's more than just money. They ensure your happy and cool. They didn't disappear after the install. Everytime I called with an issue they were there to troubleshoot and fix it. This is my first time on Angie's List. I will recommend this company as long as I'm in SWFL and I have no plans on moving. I have been using them for 5 years. They were always an excellent service provider. They installed a new cooling system, 5years ago and have done all the maintenance since. All I can say they have gotten better year after year. Paul Reynolds and his staff are absolutely the BEST!!

Went above and beyond the inspection process for me. Found problems with the original installation and provided paperwork, searched warranty information and provided help beyond the inspection itself. Second time I've used Reynolds and they are one of the most professional and knowledgeable a/c companies in Southwest Florida.

I got 3 similar quotes from top rated vendors. Paul Reynolds matched another (close one) and sweetened the deal (slightly). I wish I recalled the names of the crew that did the installation, because I never saw anyone work that hard ever in my life (installing new vent work in my cramped attic in July). They did a GREAT JOB! I'm sorry it took a year to post this review, but at least I can say that the Traine unit they suggested has performed as promised.

Scheduling the service was easy. Jeremy, the technician, was knowledgeable and courteous. He checked both units and made necessary adjustments, cleaned the air handler pans, and cleaned out the drains. My home is cool and I will again schedule service in another 6 months.

Reynolds Home Comfort was on time as stated. Installers were neat and competent, doing a excellent job. Installation was finished when they said it would be. Very satisfied.

It went very well, they arrived at time they specified. They installed a new furnace and air conditioner and cleaned up afterward. They went over what they had done and answered any questions I had. I would definitely use them again and would recommend their services to friends and family.

Went fine. On time, work done well and neatly. System seems to be working well. They also offer a complimentary 6-month maintenance check. Only minor glitch was a malfunctioning thermostat, which they replaced very quickly.

I bought a small 9,000 BTU mini spllt heat pump for $1,600. I asked to have it installed. It only takes a couple of hours. They REFUSED. Then they called back and said it would cost $3,000 to install it. I asked to have the price broken down by time and materials and they said they will NOT do a T&M quote. The only material they needed was the cement pad. I had the rest. By my estimate for no more than 3 hrs to install this tiny unit their quote for labor works out be more than $900/hr.......

They guy arrived as scheduled. He was courteous and reliable. He went above and beyond what is normally expected for service. I would highly recommend him.

Since we have recently moved to SW FL, we were not familiar with contractors in this area. Our real estate agent had a referral list of companies that had a positive record with clients. We contacted Reynolds Home Comfort Inc. The owner, Paul Reynolds, was responsive and professional as well as all the workers. They are skilled and competent. They made sure everything was being completed to code. Actually the inspector was quite pleased with the completed job and passed our new system with flying colors. We would definitely recommend Reynolds Home Comfort Inc to anyone looking for new air condition systems, heating system, pool heaters etc. Paul also gave us great leads on other types of contractors we were in need of and they also worked out to our satisfaction.
