They were extremely professional. We recommended them to our neighbor who had two rental properties and had new air-conditioning unit put into to that. So they are just totally go above and so customer friendly. They go an extra mile to make you happy and we would recommend them to anyone.

The people from Reynolds Home Comfort are very professional. They had put in the new A/C unit and I had retained them for normal service and maintenance. They are prompt and efficient.

I am pleased with the service provided. I do, however, believe the charges were excessive. I spoke with the owner of the company and expressed my feeling about the charges. He was very pleasant to speak with and listened to my complaint; however he disagreed with my assessment. I did a bit of research on the cost of the type capacitor that was replaced as well as the compressor easy start kit. The markup on the capacitor was a quadruple markup (retail $25, charged $109). The charge for the easy start was $99. On line I found a comparable one for $45. I understand companies must make a profit but I feel they were a bit excessive. Another consideration was the fact that the company is located in Ft. Myers, a travel distance of about 30 miles which would result in higher travel expenses. In summary, good job with repair but a bit expensive.

Excellent from original meet to my final install and the great service continues today.

Our air conditioner stop cooling. We called Reynolds Home Comfort Inc and they were here within an hour. They had it fixed in about 2 hours. Still working good.

Owner came out and provided estimate, offered portable AC overnight until his team could do repair. Brought in extra workers to get work done timely and efficiently. Technicians were extremely polite and well organized. The cleanliness of the whole work area was maintained throughout the whole job (which was done in a shorter period of time than anticipated). Owner called back a couple of times within the next couple of weeks to assure satisfaction. We were so pleased with the work done. Would definitely refer again.

I obtained 5 different estimates to replace my failing 7 year old HVAC system. Paul Reynolds did the estimate and impressed me with his knowledge. The other estimates were made by salesmen that left me hesitant about them and/or their companies. Reynolds Home Comfort was not the lowest estimate nor the highest for comparable systems. I always try to support locally owned small business companies if they are competent and Reynolds Home Comfort is that. The two employees that did the installation were knowledgeable and efficient. They installed the system within the estimated time and cost. The owner (Paul) came to check before the two employees arrived and also checked with me after the installation was complete. I would recommend this company to other potential clients.

Excellent! From meeting with owner Paul Reynolds for a proposal; to working out details of the project; to scheduling work; to work being performed; to final inspection, followup and price. Unlike other firms from which I received proposals, Paul did not try to sell me anything "Extra" or "unneeded". He answered all my questions,clearly, understandably, and completely. All work was performed as promised, as scheduled and to industry standards. I have had years of property management and maintenance experience, and thus I know quality service and workmenship. Paul and his employees could not have been professional or more pleasant to work with. Anybody needing A/C service or replacement will do no better than with Reynolds Home Comfort, for quality and cost.

.I waited a few months to write a review to see how the system has been for us. So far it has run great. Our electric bill has gone down by almost $100.00 a month during the hottest month (September) and has gone down to almost nothing now that it has been a little cooler. The crew that came out to install the system was very clean, worked hard to complete the job in under a day and left the garage just as they found it. They were very knowledgeable in the system they were installing and answered all of the questions that I had. The owner was there for most of the installation and called a few days after the install to be sure every thing was still running well, and to be sure I did not have any new questions. I would definitely recommend Reynold's Home comfort to anyone.

Best decision we ever made. Our electric bills have been 50% or less than previously give or take a few dollars. Company responds IMMEDIATELY to any questions or concerns long after installation.

They arrived on time when they said they would be here. I had Dan, who I remembered from reading reviews on Angie's List, and he was just as good as advertised within them. There was a coupon Reynolds Home Comfort was running on Angie's List and it took care of the cost of the repair. They were very nice and treated me like I had a million dollar job.

The experience was wonderful from start to finish. Paul did everything he said he would do. He was timely, followed up and was so wonderful and kind! Highly recommend!

I was MELTING!!! for a whole week! My A/C went off and was not throwing cold air, the air unit was silent and it was almost like a low fan.Because I was reading about different possible diagnosis I had to wait until today (8/31) payday because I was in all fear I needed a new unit or something big. So I was without a/c for a whole week, it was extremely hot and humid. I lost 1.5 pnds with all of this ordeal. Anyways, I decided to go and signed up on Angie?s List to start checking for professionals to get this situated and encountered excellent reviews for Reynolds Home Comfort Inc. Call in yesterday 8/30 they were busy so I left a vm and Jennifer promptly called me back, took my service call and had a technician routed to my home early morning (today) 8:30. In all this, they had a big job over in Naples, so Jennifer had to call me back to bump up my appointment half an hour 8:00 am which it was fine with me since the earlier the better, I was so nervous to know what happened to my a/c. Dan was the technician assign to me, came punctual to the clock! Professional and had the patience to deal with my nervous self. Explained what trouble he encountered during the process, there was a delay in my unit, no voltage. I mean Dan was not giving up on my situation. While I was in front on one of the fan while he was working I felt the most awesome feeling ever, look over and saw my 2 cats spotted in front of different air vent, and voilá COLD AIR WAS COMING THROUGH! My cats looked at me with eyes of relief! After the a/c was working, Dan prompted to charge me for the service provided in which I was amazed to know I didn?t had to take a loan to have a new unit in! I received my receipt in my email right away. Very professional, courteous! I am happy I used this tool (Angie?s List) as I am very pleased with Reynolds Home Comfort Inc! I will tell you, once Dan left, I started crying.. I know something so simple that we take for granted. Initially a sealed roof unit was suggested, but Paul and his foreman revisited the situation and were able to place the air handler in the crawl space(older building) and saved significant money doing it this way. I am sure the work involved in placing the air handler in the crawl space was much greater. The job was done on time, was non-obtrusive to my business and all the people I dealt with could not have been nicer or more courteous.

Everything about the installation exceeded my expectations. Paul and his team were very competent and professional.

Found Reynolds Home Comfort on Angie's List when our A/C stopped working today (Friday). Called them about 12:45 and Paul Reynolds himself answered the phone. Within minutes he arranged to have a tech come to our home. The tech arrived by 1:30 and promptly checked our system and found we needed a new condenser fan motor. He made a call, let us know the approximate cost, and left to go get the part and returned within the hour and installed it and by 3:45 we were up and running again - on a Friday afternoon! He patiently answered our questions and worked very efficiently. We were so pleased and appreciate the excellent service by the tech (Dan Marshall) and the way this company works. When Dan finished we paid with a credit card and within minutes he emailed the copy of the invoice to us. We are 100% pleased and satisfied with the company and would highly recommend them.

My husband and I needed to replace the original air conditioning that came with our home. The owner, Paul Reynolds, came to our home on the day and time that we scheduled the estimate. He walked us through every detail of the installation process. My husband is definitely a 'shopper' when it comes to purchases such as this. Of all the estimates we were given, no one impressed us as much as Paul. His price was competitive and his professionalism was unmatched. On the day of the installation, Paul walked his crew, Ian and Josh, through the whole job, being certain to note any idiosyncrasies/particulars with the installation. Ian and Josh went straight to work and finished on time and on budget. The day after completion, Paul returned to our home to make sure that no detail was overlooked and that we were completely satisfied. My husband and I are both Florida natives and are very wary of many of the scam-artists our state seems to draw. We have been nothing short of thrilled with the work that was done at our home and have been tickled pink by how our energy costs have actually dropped from summers past in part to having a newer, more energy efficient air conditioning system. We recommended Paul to one of our neighbors down our street and they purchased their new system from Paul as well and have been just as happy. We feel very confident in the quality of the job that was done and know that we made the right decision using Paul Reynolds.

I had a problem on a Sunday AM. Paul Reynolds come out within 2 hours & we decided that a new air conditioner was required. This was for my FL Condo.

The owner came by on an emergency call as we had a leak. He was very professional. Knew what he was doing. It was quickly fixed but we knew we needed our duct work redone so asked for a quote on that. We were NOT pressured. We had had another company 4 months ago that was a total ripoff. We will continue to call Reynolds. Felt their price was fair.

The installer was running about 30 minutes late, but called to tell me this. When he arrived, he covered the carpeting to catch dust. He then did a good job of making a new cutout in a hallway ceiling and installed the duct which he connected to the air handler unit over the garage. In doing so, he discovered that Service Experts had not properly installed a float valve in a drip pan and corrected their mistake (they had used masking tape as a shortcut to a tab that was intended to overlap the edge of the tray). When he turned on the a/c, the difference in air flow through the supply ducts was truly amazing. Also, it was apparent that the a/c unit was working much less hard than it had been. He then thoroughly checked the entire system. In addition, I also received a free annual inspection a few weeks later using an Angie's list coupon. I felt this was also well done.
