I presented Guillermo a bit more than expected with a vine growing almost to my second story roof. Amazingly, he conquered the challenge and worked with attention to detail. My project was completed ahead of our original schedule and perfect. I have already recommended him to friends, and now I am recommending him to everyone. We all need roofs, windows, screens and soffit cleaned but those projects take skill. GL pressure cleaning will take care of it all and at a reasonable cost. We had a difficult cleaning situation. A set of sliding lanai doors was installed @ 3" from a screened railing. GL was the only service that suggested a way of cleaning these sliding lanai doors. The results were excellent as were the rest of the other windows. Finally, despite the difficult cleaning situation, GL was also the lowest cost bidder!

Guillermo arrived and had to wait for us. He was very polite and did all that we wanted done. He washed all of our second floor windows...inside and out. We are still enjoying a sparkly view to the outside. We will not hesitate to have him back when needed. As it turned out, he was coming to give us an estimate, but had time to actually finish the job right away. That was great...no appointment necessary. The cost was very reasonable.

Guillermo was professional, upbeat and paid a great amount of attention to detail. After stopping by and looking at our project, he gave us a bid and untimately an appointment. He then cleaned our windows, inside and out, upstairs and down efficiently and in a timely fashion. He also took out the screens that needed to be repaired and suggested where to take them. Dealing with Guillermo was a great experience and we will definitely use him again on another project that is in his wheel house to do.

Guillermo did an excellent job. he explained what he was going to do prior, was courteous to my neighbors and their property. he completed the job, cleaned up most of the standing water and placed everything back in place. also did a post inspection to make sure you were happy with his work. exterior and interior lanai work was exemplary.

Showed up on time and gave a decent price for the work. He also did a bit extra cleaning around the area for the same money. Very friendly and I would hire again.
