Dimitri and his associate were prompt, very professional and completed the job with little delay. He told me what he was going to do and didn't try to sell me additional work that wasn't needed. I had the rollers replaced on one sliding door side and the insert for the handle replaced on the other side and both handles replaced. Doors slide much easier now.

Dmitri showed up on time. Gave me a quote but it was too high. I told him the price I was quoted by another HomeAdvisor contractor and he said he would match it. I had a sliding door that was hard to slide. 3 contractors said that the rollers had to be replaced. Dmitri replace the rollers but the door is almost as hard to slice as it was before. I told him that I thought the doors would slide much better but he said he just replaced the rollers and that the door was old and there maybe other things that had to be done. He didn't suggest the other things that may have helped. He replaced the rollers and that was it and he left. He was pleasant.

I had a different company that installed my door and they did a horrible job so I called these guys and they really saved the situation. They are very professional and fair with prices ,so I will definitely recommend using their service.
