Jay is the best!! In a business that is tough to find a good honest repairman they have lived up to all the five star ratings! Lakeland heating and air will always be my first call when ac problems arise!

The owner, Tony is a very hands on involved businessman who is dedicated to making sure the customer is happy. The Install Manager (Robert Ortiz Oyola) is experienced, knowledgeable, and an overall master of his craft. Robert makes sure things are done correctly. He is a leader and hard worker who makes sure the job gets done promptly and on time. My new Lakeland A/C install and ductwork redesign has finally solved a pre-existing issue with one side of my home being warmer. I am extremely happy with the end results and glad that I chose to work with The Lakeland Air Conditioning Company.

Our central AC failed and being new to the area we didnâ t know who to call. My wife found Lakeland AC Co. reviewed here on Hone Advisor. They were able to get out to us within the hour, and quickly diagnosed and repaired the problem. Clay was super friendly and knowledgeable, and was kind enough to answer my flurry of questions while he was working. We couldnâ t be happier with the work and the price.

I decided to use The Lakeland Air Conditioning Company to fix my heat and I AM BEYOND SATISFIED! A man named Jae came and fixed it for me in only minutes! He was prompt, respectful, knowledgable and answered every question I had with a smile. Boy oh boy, why havenâ t I found this company sooner! I had an air conditioning system that was old and leaking. Tired of paying for a service call, and to fill it with refrigerant, I decided to replace it. Me being who I am, I had 17 air conditioning companies give us quotes. Of all the quotes, Lakeland AC was one of only three that said they could ensure they would fix my AC door after installation [not easy compared to all of the other AC companies that came out]. Their prices were fair, and they were able to install in quick order! But what put them over the top is their reviews on google/facebook and elsewhere. On the day of installation, they came exactly at the agreed upon time. They were polite, prompt, and followed all COVID-19 mitigation steps for the duration of the install. All work exceeded my expectations. The system is AMAZING! No more whole-house light-dimming when the AC kicks on. And baby does this thing get COLD! From the quote to the installation, I canâ t recommend Lakeland AC enough. A very professional company, that doesnâ t charge a fortune, but stands by their work. I will use them for years to come.

Jae Young was my tech. He was prompt for the appointment. He trouble shot the problem quickly and efficiently. He corrected the problem then walked me through what he did. He discussed how to keep my unit in good working order with a maintenance plan. Excellent service. Thanks Jae

Great company. I moved into a new home and had them install a new ac system for me and a year later I couldnt be happier. I just had Vaughn come by for a maintenance call and to look over a small issue and he was great. Really informative and had no problem having me walk with him to look over what he was doing. Will continue to use them again for all my A.C needs.

My air conditioner was running pretty much nonstop, yet the temperature stayed between 80 and 82 degrees. Something just didn't seem right. I called Lakeland Air Conditioning and John was at my door in about an hour. He let me know when he was about fifteen minutes away. John found, and repaired, a pinhole leak so small it took three years to notice the problem. My service call included a free lesson in air-conditioning basics. I've added these folks to my contacts, making them my permanent go-to company for air-conditioning issues. Thanks, John.

I made an appointment for an A/C repair job that i knew vary little about but regardless of that the spokesman still was able to ball park the estimate for how much it would cost to fix even with little info. The repairman that was sent came on time and was very pleasant and helpful in explaining what he was doing as well as what the issue was and repairing it very quickly. Great service and friendly repairman.
