Lakeland was great to work with. Charlie and his crew were excellent throughout the entire process from beginning with cost estimates, explanation of the work involved, shingle selection and then carrying on through the installation of the roof and cleanup. Crew arrived promptly every day and at the end of each day removed all the debris. Everyone was friendly and courteous. Absolutely first rate 5 star service. Would recommend without hesitation to anyone seeking quality roofing.

We truly enjoyed working with Charlie from Lakeland Contractors. He installed a brand new Horizon-Loc galvalume standing seam roof system at our 9 unit complex, in Miramar Beach, in April of 2021. He went above and beyond and was a pleasure to do business with. Of all the roofers we called for a quote, he was the only one to get back to us in a timely matter and with a fair price. He answered all of our questions and provided references. As the roof was being installed he noticed other items that needed to be repaired or addressed and did so with out asking for more money. He has also made himself available if we have a problem or any questions. Once the project was completed he provided hi quality before and after photos. Lakeland Contractors LLC is simply fantastic to work with. My roof was a mess! They made the whole process so easy for me. They took pictures, explained the damage and required repairs, and gave me a beautiful and structurally sound new roof! Their crew worked quickly and efficiently and I could not be more pleased. From the initial consultation and estimate to the follow-up, they were professional yet friendly and the only surprises were good ones. I really expected to pay quite a bit more than the estimate due to the age of the roof and accumulated damage, but I was pleasantly surprised! It was a little more than the estimate - but much less than I had anticipated. I canâ t say enough good things about them!

I enjoyed our experience with Lakeland. Charlie Drake is a real pro. He was prompt, courteous, and knew his business. Lakelandâ s quote was on the lower end of three quotes we got, even including replacing our gutters. Charlie offered us a wide range of shingles and gave us good advice on selection. The work crew was prompt, courteous, and worked very hard for three 10-hour days to complete our complex 5-level roof + skylight + flashing. They identified and replace 3 sheet of plywood â not bad for a 25 year old roof. They did a very neat job, cleaned up every day, and we have not had any leaks in the past three months. We had some minor shrubbery damage, and have picked up several dozen nails, but that goes with such a messy tear-out job. The gutter replacement was a separate job, but was done even better. We are very pleased with the quality and appearance of the lovely white aluminum gutters and especially the leaf guard that will prevent me from having to clean gutters and downspouts every again. Amen! Bottom line â I recommend Lakeland Contractors and Charlie Drake. I would use them again.

Negotiated with insurance company very quickly and got roof and repairs done very quickly. Lakeland was honest and trustworthy and crew was very professional. Didnâ t leave a mess behind after work was done. Lakeland worked for us and not for the insurance company. Without Lakeland, insurance would have never paid for the repairs and would have ignored us.
