I hired Lakeland Contractors to replace a damaged shingle roof. They were A+ rated by BBB and had great Home Advisor ratings. They were very knowledgeable and came to start the job on time. They put up plastic tarps to protect our fence during demolition. The job was completed in two days. They cleaned the worksite and left the property in good condition. I was very pleased with the quality of their work. I definitely recommend them.

The rep, Ben Healy, always responded to my questions and concerns quickly and satisfactorily. Roofers were very concerned over my safety and informed me of current conditions on the ground during the construction process. I would recommend them to anyone.

We had a skylight leaking but turns out our whole roof really needed to be replaced. Very professional, showed us the damage and pictures to help explain why we needed to replace our roof. Charlie was very easy to work with. His team came in and worked non stop to put on new roof. After they finished they really cleaned up and left yard cleaner than before they started. If you need roof work this is the Company to use.

What a great company! They responded to our need of a new roof late in the year after another company failed to show up. The crew was courteous and cleaned up every night before leaving for the day. They worked on the weekend to finish the job. We are unable to actually see the roof because it is a 3 story home but a neighbor contributed her comment of how pretty it looks and what a perfect job they had done. All we can say is THANK YOU. We would recommend Charlie to anyone.

The crew that came to do the roof was extremely competent, well mannered, friendly and quick. Every person working knew their role and just got to it in a speedy and efficient manner. Cleanup was about as thorough as can be expected for such a messy job. Charlie, the owner of Lakeland contractors, was upfront with the pricing and visited the job site multiple times throughout the day to see that everyone was on track and doing a good job.
