+ -1 moreJob 1: Steve was punctual and polite. He kept me informed of what he was working on and his progress. My machine is located in an outside closet, and despite the extreme heat and then a sudden rain shower, Steve kept his cool and patience. I will certainly call him again in the future. Job 2: Steve arrived on time. He was polite and nice enough not recharge for this visit since he had been to my home 2 weeks ago.
Description of Work: Job 1: Repaired washing machine which had stopped spinning with a full amount of water and soap. Steve checked the circuit breakers, then removed outside cover of washer. He needed to work very hard to remove the outside cover as the screw had rusted out and would not loosen. He then located a broken Check Switch, which he replaced. He tried to run the machine to check the repair. The water wouldn't come in and he continued to explore and found a burned out Cut-off fuse, which he also replaced. The washer then operated properly.($200). Job 2: Steve reconnected a slipped belt in the washing machine.($0.)

+ -1 moreTHEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEY WERE HAPPY TO TAKE MY CALL AND PUT MY REQUEST THROUGH. THEY WERE ALL VERY NICE AND THE REPAIR PERSON DID A GREAT JOB. IT WAS A QUICK AND EASY PROCESS. WE ARE HAPPY WITH THE RESULTS.
Description of Work: THEY REPAIRED A SHORT CIRCUIT IN OUR NEW RANGE.
