STERN BROTHERS PLUMBING SUPPLY

The owner and his sidekick pictured in this review need to learn some manners and communication skills. I went to this store to get some specific parts that my plumber said I could find at this store. They gave me the wrong parts which facilitated me having to go back to exchange. When i went back, the man in the pic argued with me that it was my fault and if I wanted to my **$!ing parts, I needed to shut the f!*% up. In all the years I have gone to supply houses, I never encountered such filthy mouth people behind the counter. Clearly the Owner ( Michael) and the obnoxious pig with him are very unhappy men that have no joy or happiness in their lives. I will never go back to this store. Interestingly enough, my Dad knew Leonard Stern many years ago, the original owner and he was a respectable and professional person. The son is an animal. There have been similar other experiences like mine in past reviews. One would think that after a few negative reviews they would get their act together, but I guess you cant give what you don't have. Horrible customer service! Nice job boys.

It wasn't a good experience. I purchased a kit to repair my Kohler toilet.  When i got home the plumber told me it was missing a crucial piece. I went back and they gave me a huge hassle. I explained that it was missing the piece. I didn't want my money back, i just wanted a full kit. It was not a good experience. They implied I had taken the piece. They ended up giving me a replacement kit which was fine and had all the pieces and now my toilet is working but I won't be going up. They were quite rude and difficult to work with.Very disorganized.

The service was good, they were polite, but SUPER expensive. However, Howard Stern goes the extra mile to help you find what you need and he really understands about plumbing/parts etc. I would say I had a "fair" experience because I wasn't really expecting to spend that much for this kind of service.

I use their services because I know that they're reliable. They've been in the area for a long time. They have everything in their shop that they need. They might be a bit more expensive but at least I know I'm getting the job done right.

They are prompt with their service. The technicians are pleasant to have around and they always do a good job. I give them all A's. I will definitely continue to use them in the future.

THIS COMPANY IS A GOOD COMPANY AND THEY DO VERY GOOD WORK. THE ONLY THING IS THAT THEY DO CHARGE HIGH PRICES FOR THEIR SERVICES. I WOULD HAVE TO THINK TWICE BEFORE I USED THEM AGAIN.
