I called this company to see if I could have someone come by to help fix this problem I was having. Im not someone that is rude to others, and I appreciate it when I am treated with the same amount of respect I give whoever I am dealing with. Unfortunately, the man who answered the phone was talking to me as if I was five years old, and had an extremely disrespectful tone. I generally don't make a big deal out of something like this, but it was too much. We learn in grade school not to berate others for their lack of knowledge, or how they speak. He would ask me a question I just answered or gave information about, and I would repeat what I said. He would follow this up by repeating what I just said as if he was an angry parent or something, and in a questioning tone. Like did you really just say that kind of tone. Maybe he forgot his morning coffee, but this is clearly not a residential plumber. If whoever answered that phone is reading this, Go crawl back up whatever sewer line you came out of, and stay in construction, because residential work is not for you buddy.

The plumber's name is Walter. It was a big job but he was very professional. I was very pleased. We haven't had any problems. I don't know the price because he worked with the contractor that was doing the job. A is for both competence and in his personal dealings. His ability to relate to the owner. It was very easy to talk with him. He would explain things and I could ask questions. The rapport was very good. He was strong in that area. It was not just his plumbing skills. Actually I recommended them to my daughter that for something that she needed to get done. They are first rate. He's the only one I had contact with. I don't know whether he has other associates but he's the person that I dealt with. Cleanup was excellent.

So far no more leak. Still watching it to make sure no more problems. Overall they do a great job. Not the first time I have used this company and will not be the last

The house has a small crawl space and they were able to go under the house to check for leaks, they happened to find a leak which they showed me a picture of and then repaired the leak. Whenever I have a problem they are always able to come out...always. It is a father and son operation and I like the fact that they are not a large company and I know that I can always call and speak to the same people.

MY NEIGHBORS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED THEM TO ME A FEW MONTHS AGO. IT TOOK NO TIME AT ALL TO UNDERSTAND WHY THEY WERE SO HAPPY WITH THEM. I LOVED THE SERVICE, AND HOW FAST MY PROBLEM WAS RESOLVED.
