Very professional arrived on time and a fare price.

I spoke to Luis requesting a home appraisal for a private sale. When it came in I believed it was high. I reached out to him with my concerns. I was disappointed in his untimely response as well. I then began my own research with neighboring comps vs the ones he used. I failed to understand why my home was compared to homes with swimming pools as well as considerable less square footage, vinyl vs stucco. Also a home that sold only three months earlier that was 4 doors down from me was not. When presented with this question, his reply was it wasnâ t within the prior 12 months when it was clear it was. He emailed me after two weeks with an unsatisfactory reply. Wish I had used someone else.

Responsive, courteous & respectful! Luis called and texted immediately. Our first conversation was very informative, he provided credential and scheduled our appointment - time and day was convenient. He followed up the day before. Once on property he was professional and respectful of the people present, our personal belongings and our home and yard. We received our appraisal within the timeframe promised. Overall it was a wonderful experience!

Very lackadaisical in approach...Use comps of a neighborhood in no way affiliated with the home. A less desirable neighborhood. Appraisal came in lower than previous appraisal completed months before(despite having multiple additions added to the property) If you want a lazy appraisal that lowers the expected value of your property ...Penser is the top choice. Penser's explanation when I provided comps in the appropriate neighborhood(down the block from the property) was that the comps I provided had renovations and stainless steel appliances...precisely what our property had...Just lazy appraisal...Stay away from this group if you want a true appraisal. Paid for next day service...received horrific appraisal and after asking Penser to review...5 days later received lazy answer above
