Overall the process went smoothly. I brought my car in, they emailed me a detailed explanation of what needed fixing complete with pictures and estimate. The preliminary inspection was free but they said they needed to do a diagnostic test as well which was $135. I was able to have them call my mom to authorize which repairs to have done. Once that was finalized, my car was ready within a day. I brought my car in Tuesday afternoon and was able to pick it up Thursday afternoon. Very courteous. Snacks, coffee, and soda in the waiting room for free.

The starter was replaced. I was given an option between a premium starter with lifetime warranty and a generic starter with a two year warranty. I was also advised of other urgent items that need to be addressed, but was not pressured to do so at this time. I was given a detailed list of items that are good in my car, items that I should look at, and items that are urgent to be addressed as soon as possible.

The name says it all. This is the only auto shop I'll trust in the greater Miami area. They're not filled with sleezy mechanics like many garages around town. The mechanics and front-desk assistants are all wonderful. They always are on time when we have appointments and are punctual in performing the services. They have a free shuttle to bring you where you need while they work on your car. And the waiting room is stocked with complementary snacks too :) This place and its people are great.

Miami's Quality Auto continues to offer wonderful service (both auto and customer). They've worked on both our cars for the last 5 years and we'll continue to take our cars there. They're quick, clear and communicative. They don't push for expensive repairs and once even garaged our car an extra night so we could have time to make a decision about whether to okay a particularly large repair. I like that they text/email a report with photos of what needs work. I can see for myself the wear-and-tear instead of just relying on what they say. They also label each suggested repair as either urgent or can wait. They also offer a car care club that you pay ahead of time for and we've saved a bunch of money on oil changes and repairs. In addition, they have great front office staff that is helpful and super friendly. I've also made use many times of their FREE shuttle ride. They also offer and abundance of complimentary coffee/snacks/kid juice boxes etc. in their office.

I've been taking my cars to Miami Quality Auto for the past 6 years for regular oil changes, new tires and general maintenance. They've consistently provided great service (both auto and customer). I like that they're clear and communicative -- they text/email a report of what they've observed during regular maintenance and include photos and videos (!) of the parts that need replacing or work that they recommend doing. They don't push for expensive repairs and once even garaged our car an extra night so we could have time to make a decision about whether to okay a particularly large repair. Front desk lady and shuttle driver were very nice. Very disappointed by the service provided by the service tech. I brought the car in to have work done on the AC. Paid 200 dollars. Two days later had issues with the AC and was informed that I had to pay an additional 100 dollars for a diagnostic. Showed no remorse for not catching the problem on the first diagnostic.

Was quoted a price over the phone. Quoted a higher price the morning of the appt. Was told of a 10% discount for AAA members. Final bill was considerably higher than the quote that morning! And the AAA discount was ONLY ON THE LABOR! Very responsive and professional, lots of discount offers, but the bottom line: higher than what I thought I was going to pay for a basic service. Too confusing.

Great service! I'll always take my car to Miami's Quality Auto because they always do a great job.

They did a great job with my car even though it was a tricky problem to solve! I had already replaced my coil with an apparently defective part from another auto parts store, so it was unclear as to way my car was still having problems. But, the guys figured it out and Andres went as far to spend the time testing my vehicle extensively to make sure the problem was fixed for me. They even set me up with a loaner car while they were working on my car, which was super helpful! Oh, and they have fresh coffee snacks in the waiting area, which is a nice touch!

Great! Prices were reasonable, i got the tires i wanted, they were special ordered, and arrived quickly. Had them installed, and they recommended the necessary services that need to be performed on my new car. I've been going to them for the past few years with my old car, and i always return to them despite how far they are.

I took advantage of the vacation special, which included a free tire inspection & rotation, free vehicle inspection report, and free car wash. I was sent a copy of the inspection report and given the opportunity to check off any services I would like to add to this visit. I went ahead and selected a couple of other things to get done this time around, (brakes hydraulics flush and transmission flush). I was given the list of items that are urgent, as well as the items that I should look at soon. I like the fact that there was no pressure as to when I would get those items flagged on the inspection taken care of.

My car runs fine now. It is an old car and may require attention in the near future but right now it runs fine thanks to Quality repair.

I am a member of Miami Quality Auto's Car Care club and was able to take advantage of some of the great discounts offered. The work was very inexpensive. As always, Andres kept in touch throughout and made recommendations on what needed to be done with my car based upon the mileage. Always great working with Miami Quality Auto!

Recently, I took my inlaws' car there for an oil change and they provided (as usual) photographs and descriptions of the repairs they suggested. However, they don't push for expensive repairs and let us know when repairs aren't urgent but may be needed during the next several months. Once they even garaged our car an extra night so we could have time to make a decision about whether to okay a particularly large repair. In addition, they have wonderful front office staff who are helpful and super friendly. I've also made use many times of their FREE shuttle ride. A full diagnostic was given prior of any work done. I picked what was most important to repair at that time. Excellent customer service.

Join the club to get regular tire rotations and oil changes. Fast work, drop it off, go to work and pick it up done. They even remind you when you're due for an oil change. I have had them fix many things for me and my family and you won't find a better or more honest establishment in Miami. A breath of fresh air for a woman used to dealing with more 'traditional' auto establishments. They even leave your car cleaner than you dropped it off!

They were very honest and professional. They were also great with communication and returned my car clean and went above and beyond in terms of customer service and quality. I would recommend this shop to anyone that needs assistance with their car and have already told many friends about my experience.

Continually impressed by this company! Their work is done throughly, thoughtfully, and with even the smallest details in mind. It’s a bit far from where I live, but the service is so great, it makes it worth it. I send all of my friends here! Quality customer service is their name of their game, whether sitting down to explain what work was done/ needs to be done or offering snacks for the wait or ride home. Well done!

Very well. We were texted AND emailed estimate of work that was needed or suggested, the option to pick, and the prices. WHAT? WHO DOES THAT? Awesome. In the decades of dealing with auto service outfits after modern cars got too complex to tinker with, I have never dealt with a more honest and upfront business. Ingrid and Andres were cordial and responsive and the shop and technicians looked clean and efficient. I knew that our 2011 Infiniti needed an 80,000 mi checkup and new tires and that's what she got. They texted me pictures of the worn brake pads and a checklist of what could be done amongst the other items and their cost. Upon pickup, my wife was impressed.
