Description of Work: Really professional with good follow up and emphasis on customer service. I would use them again and would recommend them to friends. My only criticism is they recommend too many things to service, repair that are 'nice to do' - leaves you with a feeling that they are throwing everything at you in hopes you'll do a few more than what you normally would.

Description of Work: I'd had a botched brake job (don't ever try to save money on brakes. Ever.), and these guys set it back to right. Not cheaply (see previous sentence), but smooth as glass. They also recommended a ton of work that I know a car needs by 132K, but their help in prioritizing may eventually let me catch up... |Good service, good advice...I'm happy.

Description of Work: The entire facility was very professional. They replaced the cooling fan and the coolant overflow reservoir. AAA towed the car to the shop and dropped off the PT Cruiser using the key night-drop. When the repairs were completed, the shop's driver picked up my wife and they returned to the shop.My wife is a flight attendant based in Miami and was very happy to find such a highly rated car repair shop on Angie's List. I felt very secure knowing that she was dealing with a professional/reputable facility.

Description of Work: They reviewed the car. Made recommendations with pictures so I could visually see the repairs needed. They shuttled me back and forth and even offered a free rental car. They were very honest and trustworthy. The repairs were done quickly and professionally. I will never go anywhere else due the incredible treatment and quality repairs I received.

Description of Work: I went in for an ABS light that turned on, and after a preliminary check, the guys discovered it was a sensor that was faulty. I also had a problem with the remote access to my car and they were upfront and honest with me about what they would have to do and suggested that I go directly to the dealer, as it would be much faster. I truly appreciated the honesty! Everyone I dealt with; Jay, Andres and Fernando were so nice, and they walked me through all the steps and processes they were taking. I will definite be returning to them when I need them in the future, and I will definitely be recommending them to friends and family!

Description of Work: They wanted $375.00 just to tell me how much repair was going to cost. If it would turn out to be too expensive', they would keep the $375.00 and I would go home. I went to a dealer and dealer and they gave me e estimate for free. Some people actually do fall for this.
