I left my car and had the work estimated and they called the entire time for updates. They try and get the job done fast and for the right price-

They were very nice and they did a good job. They were little bit later than I wanted.

Provided a detailed, item by item list of what had to be done and even had the car cleaned, inside and out without asking...very professional, courteous, and provided transportation.

the part (no thanks to GMC) was ridiculously expensive. initially, the entire rear liftgate door panel had to be opened from the inside to expose the broken(stuck) latch and open the door. great job, but wish they got a discount from taxpayer supported GMC which could then be passed on to (us) taxpayers!

Fabulous job. Great follow up. I love my car and plan on getting at least 200,000 miles out of it. I service by the Honda book, and Miami's Quality Auto Repair will be doing all my service from now on. The best auto service experience I've had in 20 years or more!

Well, the name of the business is "Quality Auto Repair" and that's a warning that you won't get bargain basement prices for auto repairs. However, you will get what the name says plus very good service and communication from the staff. I used other recommendations to find this vendor, and am very satisfied. Repairs came with a warranty, and considering that I took a 7,700+ mile road trip after the repairs and didn't need a drop of oil or to use the warranty, I'm very happy.

Keep in mind here my brake lines and undercarriage were severely damaged due to several Cleveland winters and the practically toxic road salt they use so generously. So I found a leak in my brake lines and took the car in for an estimate and repair. The estimate was what I expected for a small leak and they provided a realistic time-frame to complete the work. Unexpectedly, the parts I needed were discontinued by the manufacturer so they had to find and order them from an outside source. This caused a delay in the repair. After they completed their original repair they found more leaks and points of severe weakness in the brake lines. They got my approval to fix the rest of the lines, which almost doubled the original bill. After more than a week my car was finished and the brake lines were completely replaced. They were very professional and kept me up to date with everything and even requested that I come in to see the amount of damage the road salt had done to my car before the repairs. I think they did a great job given the circumstances, and I didn't mind spending more for something that really needed fixed. Luckily I was on vacation and didn't really need my car for that period of time.

They did a nice job. The person we worked with was a good listener and understood what our budget and limitations were.

My car is 42 years old and he gave me great advice. He did not have the lug nuts I needed but pointed me in the right direction. He then called me the next day to see if I found what I needed.

I had received an estimate for this work from a dealership, but Quality Auto's was considerably lower. The job was done competently and professionally and the owner also included an itemized list of recommended other services. Please note this garage is also AAA approved.

My car needed a lot of work and I was leaving town for a road trip in a week. I found the company on the list and called. Andres said to bring it in right away. They called me with the estimated costs and completed the work two days earlier than expected. Not only that but they washed the car and cleaned it inside and out. I will definitely recommend them to everyone!!

I took my car in on a Wednesday morning and they called me about 2 hours later with a detailed description of services needed and an estimate which was SIGNIFICANTLY less than the dealer. I agreed to the estimate and was told that my car would be ready by Friday. A minor issue did come up in that my VW tires had locks but the key was missing, however Andres handled everything directly with VW and got the problem resolved in no time. My car was ready on Friday morning as promised and was nice and clean (don't typically get that with other repair shops). At pick-up Andres walked me through all services that had been performed and showed me the old vs. new parts that had to be replaced. Overall my experience was exceptional and I'll definitely be back for any future repairs that I may need.

excellent, they were outstanding in terms of being professional, they told me what I needed and were ok that I could not do everything they suggested, because of cost and they did not push or give me a hard sell; my car has been running great and I would definetely recommend them. They also asked to make sure that I had transportation back while my car was in their shop.

I called and got an estimate, which came in much lower that my original estimate. I dropped off my keys and left my car in the drop box because it was after hours. I had never been there before, but my car wouldn't travel much farther. They began work on my car the next day and finished the following day. They were great.

Went well. Definitely would go back. He was professional throughout and truly cared that my car operated right, and that I would provide repeat business.

I had a car quit while driving. After reading the glowing reviews of this business on Angie's List and on their website, I had my car towed there. They called me and asked for approval for $200 JUST to diagnose my car before I got an estimate. This is outrageous. I have multiple relative's cars that I am always repairing and have had diagnostics done many times. The most I have been charged before is $60 for the diagnosis which sometimes was taken off of my bill if I got it repaired there. This place is a ripoff. Avoid it.

I had procrastinated from getting work done because of not knowing a good auto repair shop. I found this one through Angie's list and am satisfied. I can't say if I got the best price around because I didn't compare other places, but I believe that I didn't get ripped off. They did a lot of work. Andres was pleasant, helpful, and reasonable in helping me to decide what work needed to be done. I don't believe they tried to sell me more services than I needed (which was plenty already). After the work was done, someone from the shop called to follow up and see if I were satisfied. I still hate having my car repaired, but it's got to be done. They made a normally painful experience less painful. I'm sure I will go back. The only negative for me is location. Since I had to leave the car for them to work on it, I had to rely on public transportation to get home (walk, bus, metro, walk).

I was very pleased, and I would go back to them again. There was a coupon on Angie's list that I couldn't get it to print, but when I went to the guy he gave me the credit. I thought that they were a very good value and I would recommend them to others.

They were excellent, and their prices are competitive. They followed up after the service, which was surprising! I am keeping them for future car needs! I would recommend them to anyone. Try them out!

We have used Quality Auto Repair for 10 years. They are very honest and reliable. Always available and willing to work with us. They have always done a great job and I have never had any problems.

Great! Dropped the car in the morning and was done by the afternoon the same day. When picking up the car I was given a complete maintenance list with the necessary repairs and services for the future. They are very involved with the condition and safety of the vehicle. Fantastic customer service!
