Miami's Quality Auto Repair

Excellent customer service. The shop was very explicit on the time it would take to diagnose and repair the problems, and were upfront about all fees. There were no surprises, and they did not pressure me to make any repairs that were not necessary for the car. They also asked if they could forward my information to the local AAA rep, whom they knew, because of the bad experience I had with the tow truck driver - they didn't want anyone else to have to suffer through the same experience. I'm now a regular customer for all my auto repairs.

My son is a student in Miami has is driving a vey old car. I live out of state but am delighted to have found such a reliable and reputable company in the Miami area. This time, we got new tires, had the power window fixed, and completed some other minor repairs. The company kept me informed of their progress while the car was in their and worked to limit the repair costs. I highly recommend this company!!!

The day of my appointment, I brought my car in and they began to inspect it right away. I decided to wait there because I was told that the inspection wouldn't take too long. I'm glad I had to wait, because I was able to sit and chat with Jay, the front desk clerk, who was super nice and entertaining! I also enjoyed a coffee and snack. When the inspection was finished, the mechanic brought me to my car, which was up on the car lift, and showed me what was going on. My car was leaking powersteering fluid, and had some other issues that I can't remember at the moment. The mechanic printed out an estimate, and I agreed to have them continue fixing my car and he asked that I leave the car there over night. So I got a ride home, and later that afternoon, I got a call from the mechanic saying that my car was ready. I picked it up and it drove better than when I first bought the car! I have not had any problems since, and I signed up for their car club membership, since I will be a customer of theirs for a long time! I am very happy with the friendly staff, quality service and the consideration for my valuable time!

The problems were discussed with me in a way I could understand, and they listened to what I had to say. Didn't talk down to me- I am a woman and that has been my usual experience. The estimate was significantly lower than the dealer's and they fixed the car for the price they quoted, the same day, even though they had to order parts. They even gave me a loaner for a few hours- a rental car that they paid for. They also have a shuttle service. The place and the staff are impeccable. The reception area is nice and Jay, the service advisor who takes your info makes sure you are comfortable. I also noticed that the other customers had good relationships with the place and the people and two people told me it was a great place to take my car. What's not to like???????????? I have no "cons". Only "pros".

I was impressed by the courteous and professional manner of every staff member and by the overall appearance of the shop which is neat, clean and efficiently organized. My wife had the same thing done to her car and she was also pleased.

They did good work, but their prices were a bit high.

Went well. It was costing more than i wanted to pay if I remember correctly. Thouggh I didnt have much of a choice at the time and I had been there before so I trusted their work. I would go back again if needed work done.

Great. Called for appointment at 8 am.. The job was explained to me and was told it would take a little longer to repair then first anticipated.. They gave me a ride home and then picked me back up and brought to shop when the job was finished. They did a great job and I will always take my car back to them for any future repairs or service.

It was well past time for my oil change. I called in to make an appointment. There was no problem scheduling me for the date and time I wanted. I had the first appointment of the day and chose to stay at the shop while they worked on my car. Despite a small waiting area, it's very clean and comfortable. They provide snacks, refreshments, and wifi. I was provided with a clear write up of the inspection, and did not feel pressured to purchase any extra items or services. They have a great referral program - if someone comes in saying you referred them, you and they both receive free services. I think I was only there for 30 minutes, at most, and I received a call the next day to make sure everything was running well. Overall, I felt very comfortable, and I'm very happy with their customer service. I will be back again, and I would recommend them to others.

Excellent. They did exactly as requested. They even offered to pick me up/drop me off, though I didn't require that in the end.

They found extra things to do and charged more for the oil because of synthetic oil needs. They charged me $60+ to blow air through a blocked drain from the sunroof and said it was now okay - but when it rained the water did not drain out, flooded the fuse box, blew it out and the car was not working for several weeks - because it continued raining I had to cover with a tarp and wait for a private mechanic to do the work. Not again.

Great people gave me a warm welcome and hot coffee. The service was done extremely well--accurate, clean on time. The whole atmosphere was low stress and zero high pressure. When they mentioned that the cabin air filter needed changing and I said I'd put it off until the next visit, they saiid "fine" and that was that. I actually look forwards to going here to have my routine car work done. The coffee and snacks are good and I get a lot of reading done on my Kindle. It comes close to a mini vacation while my car gets serviced.

I hate auto mechanics. They are not only a surly lot, but they're largely out to shaft you because they hold all the cards - the knowledge and equipment you don;t have. Most I have known have attitudes ranging from aloof and disinterested to outright hostile. It's refreshing to find mechanics who at least put on a convincing show of caring and professionalism. At this place, I was treated with respect and kindness. I was given honest information, honest options to choose, and provided with honest service. The prices are not the cheapest - but there were no surprises and what was promised was delivered. I can honestly say they are better than any auto dealership, luxury or otherwise I have ever dealt with, and that says a lot for an aftermarket shop.

Miami Quality Auto Repair is as good as my dealer overall. I will definitely use their service and recommend to friends. The work was completed in a timely manner and a complete inspection revealed suggestions for legitimate preventive maintenance which will be needed in the future. The price was cheaper than the dealership and what I would expect to pay for quality work and quality parts. I suggest making an appointment as this is a busy shop.

These guys were great! I usually use the service department at the dealership but I wasn't going to be in that area so I thought I'd give these guys a try. Well, while I like my usual service department, these guys blew them away! So nice, so thorough, no pressure, offered options--just great! They also dropped me off AND picked me up to bring me back to the shop at the end of the day. It's totally my new place!

I am extremely pleased with the overall service. The staff was courteous and cheerful. They even sent photos to show what repairs were needed.

I recently bought this vehicle from Carmax and after a 3300 mile road trip, brought it in for an oil change & tire rotation. In their inspection of the vehicle, it was discovered that there was NO cabin air filter. The entire area was cleaned and a new filter installed.

These guys do a great job, email?updates?and very fair costs. Pleasure to work with them.

I highly recommend their services. I thought they were really good. I am very happy with them. It has been working fine ever since. They were courteous and followed through on what they said they would do. I would use them again.

I didn’t pay them anything as I got a free check up from them, and I really appreciate it. They were really nice. They told me what exactly was wrong with my car. They didn’t give me any surprise fee, and what they said was exactly what happened. They told me that I can come in and we’ll check your car and tell you what’s wrong with it, and if you want to fix it then you can fix it. They actually followed up to check weather my car that they fixed was good, and I appreciated it. I recommended them to one of my best friends, but I don’t know if he actually used the services.

This is one odf the best companies I have ever dealt with. I had major work done on my son's car. My son is a student in Miami and we live out-of-State. I was so fortunate to find this company on Angie's list!

I've been using them for about a year. They're a very good company. The prices are reasonable..they take a lot of time to have personal relationship with their clients. They also have a lot of other nice services like giving me a ride if I need one. They have a very nice waiting room as well. I feel like they are very honest and thorough and they don't try to push repairs on you that you don't need. I'm very happy with them.
