Came same day - identified the problem (broken drain pump), which is what I suspected and provided a quote. The quote was a bit high, so we decided to simply replace the washer.

Extremely responsive. Came out same day to diagnose. Had to order a part which came in the next morning and they came back and fixed. Technician was friendly and knowledgeable.

I used Glyn's Service years ago and they were extremely professional, punctual and helpful. So when the washer broke down, I immediately called them. Unfortunately they no longer service my zip code in the Grove because it is too far from where they are located. I was sorry to hear that because they were the best, reasonably priced and very friendly. I recommend them highly if you need repairs for any major appliance including AC.

They called me to say they were nearby and did I want them to come now instead of tomorrow. I was thrilled, Daniel was friendly, professional and did a great job. I have used them for many years and have had excellent results.

Repair man?s name, Ron. EXECELLENT SERVICE! He was informative, courteous and efficient. Fixed an additional issue with the temperature gadget inside as well. An internal switch trips when there?s a clog inside. He knew right away what the issue was when I spoke to him over the phone. He also fixed the exhaust pipe/line.

Technician, Danny, showed up on time. He was pleasant, polite, and performed his work efficiently and cleaned up after himself. Both the dishwasher and the clothes dryer are working well.

I have used Glyn's Service for at least 20 years. This last time was for our refrigerator. Although the noise and burning smell did not occur for the technician, he spent extra time running a diagnosis on the fridge. It hasn't happened since. I have used Glyn's for all our household appliances over the years and find them very reliable and experts in their field.

They took all the model information of our wall oven and researched it before coming to the home. Then they spelled out our various options and rough cost guess-timates. They gave us the choice of which route worked best for US. In the end we decided to purchase a new wall oven and we avoided a wasted house visit fee. I would DEFINETLY use Glyn Appliance service again !!

My experience was the best. Terry came out last week to access the problem with my dishwasher in a very professional manner and returned today to install the part that had to be ordered. He arrived on time and had all the necessary tools with him. The job went very well and he even cleaned up after he was finished. I highly recommend this company. Terry is an asset to their team.

I called Glyn's repair out to replace belt on the dryer. Terry was sent out and arrived on time to pure chaos at my house. I had previous arranged for the house to be painted and they were still here! Terry worked quickly and very efficiently to complete the job and did a wonderful job too. Turned out not only the belt needed replacing but a switch was cracked and was replaced as well. I would recommend Glyn's repair to anyone and will use them again myself. Thanks Terry.

The service is excellent and the price was high. They do really know what they are doing. The work provided was perfect.

Repairman showed up at my house on time, assessed the situation and diagnosed the problem correctly. The refrigerator is now running like new. The repairman was very friendly and had no problems answering questions. If necessary I will call them again for sure!

The man in the office was a little short with me at first and had me on hold for a couple of minutes but then asked for my address and info. He told me they would call me when they were 30 mins away. The tech showed up around 5 pm and finished the job in an hour. The technician was curtious and knew what the problem was right away. Apparently its common with GE refrigerators. Overall, I am satisfied with the service.

They installed a refrigerator ice flap door kit and new ice dispenser cradle. Ron, the tech who did the work was on time and very professional. He explained the reasons for malfunction and came back to do the work as soon as all the parts were available. Washing machine stopped agitating, I went to Angie's list for a recommended repai shop,and found Glyn's to be the closest. I called on Monday, asked for, and was given an appointment for Friday. The tech called me first thing Friday morning to let me know he was on the way. He diagnosed the problem and had the correct part with him to finish the repair in under an hour.

We have used Glyn's for refrigerators, stovetop and dishwasher. They always ask intelligent questions before they arrive to see if they can bring a part with them during the first visit. They have fixed everything quickly, professionally and always courteous.
