Although Chris came well within his appointment window, I was expecting an estimate first, as told over the phone. Instead, Chris went ahead and completed the repair without telling me how much it was going to be up front. Although I did receive an Angie discount , and the ac now works, this feels bitter sweet, as the supervisor/boss on the phone straight up told me it is either this or no AC . In hindsight, I should have asked to put the broken part back, and kept shopping. Specially considering the part itself is around $50....

Excellent company! I called at 7:00, they were here at 9:00 p.m. I was told the job was too big to do that night and given that the AC was blowing cold they'll be back at noon. They were back at noon on the button. 3 hours later the AC was fixed. Extremely fair prices. And neat intelligent work. Exceptional! Highly recommend!

Two years ago, after my current AC company at that time, told me how I need new compresor, I reached out to the Freezing point for a second opinion. They came and told me how it is not compresor and they can fix the issue. They fix my AC and charge me $900. 30 min. after they left my AC stop working. They came back next morning saying how it is compresor, and if buy from them they are going to apply credit of $900. I didn't want to loose $900 and I agreed. Two years after my AC stop working again. They came, said how they can fix it and charge me again $900. Two days after AC stopped working again. To no surprise, they told me after they came back for a second time, how my AC (7 years) is old and beyond repair. If I buy new untit from them they will apply $900. Obviously, realizing how it is well played scam i said no and ask for my money back. At no time, any of their technicians didn't mention possibility of AC being beyond repair. Came to clean out my HVAC Unit.

Freezing Point A/C definitely deserves more than 5 stars but that’s all it would allow me to give. The service and price were great. They had a tech, Jorge, to my place and A/C fixed under 1 1/2 hours. Speaking of Jorge the service guy, he was the sweetest! He knew right away what the issue was too. I’m a single woman and so it’s very important that I have trustworthy people in my home. My dogs even liked this guy. I even got set up on a maintenance plan every 6 months and they are coming out to clean my air vents in a few days. I would 100% recommend to anyone.

After installing a new handler/blower and outdoor compressor unit (entire system) three weeks ago, we started having hot air blowing. After checking the handler/blower and the condenser, we discovered that the compressor was not turning on. We checked the main electrical panel and the breaker was still on. We called freezing point a/c and they came out the following morning ( we called them at 10:30 pm and left message). A different service rep came and went to the compressor only looked at it and 2 mins later says the fuses are bad. We informed him we just had this installed by your company 3 weeks ago. He says you must have had a power surge. We informed him that we did not have any power issues. Letting him know we have 5 UPS Cyberpower units that continuously monitor our service line which all showed no service interruptions. He then states that we could get a whole house surge protector by FPL, to which we pointed right in front of him our meter which we have that whole house surge protector. He went back and forth with us and stated that electrical was not part of the warranty and that we had to pay for the service call and the 2 bad fuses that came to $200. The two fuses can be bought on Amazon for $2.50 each. Ultimately they changed us $150. I would not recommendthis company

Professional, efficient, friendly and cost effective. Very pleased with the service received at Freezing Point AC.. HIGHLY RECOMMEND and will definitely use them again.

Was charged 495.00 for Freon but did not clean coil or check for leak only lasted 2 months, rip-off.

It cost more than I anticipated, but it was necessary to get my AC up and running again. The guys were up front about it and am glad I got it done before it got really hot.

There were 2 technicians, the man on charge looks young and unprofessional, he is not the owner, the owner is on Puerco Rico and is not thinking about take care of the company.
