Amazing 5 Star service! Very professional. Arrived on time and cleaned up after the job was completed. I hired them to cleaned air handler evaporator coil located in my ceiling. Because of its location it was impossible to access and clean in place so they had to remove the unit. I called 2 other companies who refused to do the job and instead tried to sell me a new air handler. Freezing Point did the job for a fair price and kept me informed in New York with pictures at each stage. I give them my highest recommendation.

They called me immediately and came out that same night. They quickly evaluated the problem with our unit. The job require replacement if a major part, that was subsequently covered by a warranty! They took it with them and then returned the next day with the new part. They were timely for the appt as well. I would use them again in a heart beat!

Rafael's techs went way beyond the call of duty when an unexpected structural problem was found that interfered with the normal installation of the mini split unit on an inside wall. Although it took considerable more time and a reasonable additional cost to cover this extra time, they were able to resolve the issue and complete the installation professionally and efficiently.

Owner does assessment and estimate. Technician is then dispatched to perform work. From start to finish, very professional. Respectful of my home. Work performed exactly as described. Fearing the worst and expecting days without air, Freezing Point resolved my AC issue from first contact to completion in 24 hours. Unit functioning fine since repair. No guarantee on work given due to age of central AC unit. Where others may be expensive, unreliable, never show up or go straight to replacement costing thousands, Freezing Point kept their word and provided a repair in amazing time.
